This was addressed with Dr. Sherris shortly after my surgery (within 6 months) and I was told I had to wait at least a year. At my one year mark I was told he would not do a revision. (I should have known that he wasn't going to do anything) He offered free Sculptra instead which did absolutely nothing (4 vials). I believe I was never given Sculptra but instead just saline solution and lead to believe he was doing something for me just to appease me. I was told right after my surgery that "if you are not happy with anything, I will fix it for free...well that quite didn't pan out!!!! He has an uncanny way of making you feel like something is wrong with you. My mouth is crooked after surgery..."you need to see a neurologist" um no it wasn't that way before surgery and I can move my mouth perfectly fine. At rest, my mouth is crooked. My neck is crepey "you need to see a dermatologist"...no again....these issues did not exist before my surgery..... My jowls are back, my neck is horrible with very prominent neck bands which was supposed to be rectified with the platysmaplasty, marionette lines have returned, horrible wrinkling on the sides of my mouth especially when I smile, flat cheeks and my lip augmentation lasted maybe 3 months. If you are considering Dr. Sherris for a FL/NL, please look elsewhere..he does not do a good job and definitely DOES NOT keep his word when he says he will "fix" whatever it is that you are not happy with. He is a gaslighter making you think that whatever is "wrong" is due to something else other than his shoddy surgery. What a waste of my time and most importantly, my hard earned money! I doubt that anyone reading this review would be happy with the outcome of this surgery and especially for almost $15,000!!!

Enough where makeup would pool. I waited over a year to let things "settle". Dr. Sherris put a stitch there to fix the issue. Indent is still there. I went back after doing research for people with a similar issue. I thought the area was "tethered" due too tight of a stitch and scar tissue. The doctor told me it was due to age. Funny, I don't have that issue with my right eye. Dr Sherris offered filler as a resolution AT MY COST. This indent is extremely noticeable and I see it every day when I look in the mirror. Makeup does not help. So I will be going to someone else to correct. Long story short, buyer beware.​ This customer is not happy with the results.

Now they told her insurance has not approved her home health care, and she won't be going anywhere - Monday at the soonest because insurance company won't be able to approve it until next week. This poor 41 year old has stage 4 cancer and two small children at home she hasn't seen in over a week. I've called to talk to medical director, the CEO, her doctors and left messages. No call back at all! This place has done more harm than good for all of us.

How are patients expected to communicate with this God forsaken place? I literally had to get in my car and drive 40 minutes there to wait in line to speak to someone. Once you see someone, the providers quickly skim the notes they have, and then pretend they know something about you and why you're there. Dent is a joke.
