As for staff, the only one I met (it being closing time) was Kevin, and he was amazing, guiding me on the ins and outs of what product best suited my needs for arthritis pain. Recently, I purchased four cartridges, two of which (Space Donuts) were defective upon arrival. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was denied due to the 72-hour policy. While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe. As a customer, I expect a functional product, not a "DIY" project to fix a manufacturing error. I had hoped for a simple exchange to rectify the situation.
