Recently, I purchased four cartridges, two of which (Space Donuts) were defective upon arrival. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was denied due to the 72-hour policy. While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe.
