I don't live in Osage beach and was mildly nervous going to a new dispensary, as they can be very different. I came by around 8am and was expecting to see tired faces or groggy attitude. When I walked inside I was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman at the counter. He kindly asked for ID (obvi) and then had a nice chat with me while he ran the system. After that he explained the deals they were having and then let me know that I was good to head back and meet Andrea the budtender. Upon approaching the bud counter Andrea was waiting with a smile on her face. She greeted me warmly and then asked what I had in mind for my shopping today. I told her what I found on their online website, and then also asked to get one of the promotions that the gentleman in the front told me about. After I paid she explained how the system charges debit cards, and marked all of my items and prices on my receipt for easy finding. Andrea assisted me with grace. She was professional, and I had a lovely time speaking with her. I left her a small tip, hoping she knows how much her kindness and professionalism is appreciated. I left the dispo with a smile on my face and wish I lived near here so this could be my main location. The staff is incredible, the place has awesome decor and character, and it was so well maintained and clean. 10/10 WILL ALWAYS COME BACK!!! read more

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a purchase made at your Eldon location. I have been a consistent customer for three years and have never previously requested a return or exchange. Recently, I purchased four cartridges, two of which (Space Donuts) were defective upon arrival. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was denied due to the 72-hour policy. While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe. As a customer, I expect a functional product, not a "DIY" project to fix a manufacturing error. I had hoped for a simple exchange to rectify the situation. Because this was not provided, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope you will reconsider how you handle defective products and long-term customer relations in the future. in 3 years never had a problem picking up a online order. text and the email both confirming order went today to pick up and had to go inside when I was already running late and placed the entire order again because somebody put the order away and not one of the two employees there, would admit who did it. Was staying in Osage beach and this was the closest 24 hour dispensary on my route. Ordered onlined and went to pick up through the drive through at 5am. I did not expect to have such a high level experience, bud tenders Church and Kendell. Provided service with enthusiasm and care. They explained everything to me and were happy to help. Love that type of energy it adds a ton of value at a dispensary. A go to stop on my list. read more

Uhg. I hate doing this. Leaving a bad review about a small local business but let me explain my dissatisfaction. On 01/18/23 I made a purchase at Latitude. The purchase is put in a paper bag and stapled shut. When I opened the bag, I realized I had been extremely overcharged for an 1/8 Orange Cookie Chem. I had ordered a 1/8, got a 1/8 but was charged for a 1/4. The sku is wrong. I called the store twice and left a detailed message about the wrong sku on the jar and being overcharged but didn't receive a callback. I then emailed the address listed on the website, again detailing their mistake and included pictures of the bottle and incorrect sku however the email bounced back as not a correct email (even though it is listed on the website). I then left a detailed private message on Instagram but still nothing. So now I'm searching for the owner to tell them about what happened but he lives in Scottsdale Arizona. Odd....... Anyways here is my review: Always check to make sure your purchase and pricing are correct because once you leave the store THEY DON'T CARE. You are not allowed to bring purchased product back into the store (once a latitude budtender forgot a battery I purchased and paid for. I took my entire purchase back in to the store and was yelled at and made to wait outside). Latitude does not answer their phones and the email address listed on their webpage does not exist. The owner is based in Scottsdale Arizona so I'm sure he doesn't care about what happens in his Osage Beach Missouri store. I was double charged on product and they don't care. I'm SOL. Love the place, but seems pricey for what you get. I've not shopped elsewhere to check, though.

I so love this place! I keep trying other dispensaries and I just keep coming back to Latitude! Every single time without fail they make you feel like you are their only customer! And they are so extremely knowledgeable. I have multiple health issues and being able to talk through how best to use their products for the greatest quality of life is life changing!
