They don't work with you at all. I can up to shop and I had a copy of my temporary license till I receive it in the mail and they wouldn't allow me to shop. I feel that is petty ridiculous. When you can prove it's you with a photo of your ID. The service here is ass. I totally support Higher Level in Fresno, Embarc and cookies. So I enjoy coming here. It's closer to where I live. However. Every time I order online and wait for an hour before I even head over, my orders never ready. I even waited almost 2 hours. And still had to stand in line for 45 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. And then my order still wasn't packaged almost 3 hours later? And then guess what? They were also out of half the items I ordered. With one of the items being sold out to someone else as I was standing there. All the signs say that they package online orders within 1 hour. I have Never had my order ready for me. Ever. And I never get all the items I order because they sell out before I arrive. One time I ordered at 505pm. Left my house at 630pm. Got there at 650pm. Stood in line behind 2 people. By 730pm I was still standing in line behind 2 people. And they were calling numbers left and right. By 746pm I was still standing in line behind 2 people and now there are 17 people in line behind me. Their still ONLY calling numbers and not doing any online orders. Someone finally says something. So at 8pm they finally started dealing with the online orders. I didn't get out of there until 835. And literally only had 3 out of the 11 items I ordered because it never got packaged and everything was sold out.... Not cool. I haven't been back since.. read more
