After a professional and welcoming…read morecheck-in with the security/front-door staff (who were great), I was met with unprofessional / disrespectful behavior from one of the budtenders. When I politely indicated I was next in line, the budtender ignored the standard first-come-first-serve process. When I spoke up, instead of a simple 'I'll be right with you,' he chose to argue and condescendingly suggested that I hadn't been 'paying attention' because I was looking at the display cases with my back to him. It was a frustrating, dismissive and belittling experience that felt entirely unnecessary / disrespectful. I appreciated that the front-door staff heard me out and apologized for the interaction, but it's unfortunate that the service on the floor didn't match their level of professionalism. I've visited this location many times and I've never had this experience, what a shame.
