I had trouble digitally designing the logo for our shirt and didn't know how to make the quality better to be suitable for printing. The team here helped me out SO much and was able to fix our digital issues and work with us. I honestly would not have been able to do it without their help. They were super friendly, helpful AND were very quick with responding (which was super important because we had a deadline). Its a small business so their attention to customer service couldnt have been any better. We had about 50 shirts finished well before the deadline and the quality is amazing! I evan gave him an example of what I was looking for. I also gave him the the names of the players I wanted on the shirt. I gave him my e-mail address, so he could send me some examples for me to approve. I also gave him my cell phone number so he could contact me if needed. Well today is March 2nd and I never heard back from him. The worst part of this experience is that I have 13 youth basketball players that did not receive shirts to celebrate their outstanding season.

Very unprofessional. I was his landlord and half the time if I was lucky to get rent, it was always…read morelate. When anything was mentioned to him, he would get angry and then refused to communicate except through email (I have his letter for documentation). In March, he sent a text starting "Hey guys" and went on to say he left and would NOT be completing his contract through this December (Left 9 months short and left piles of trash I had to haul off. He left it filthy with an abandoned car on blocks (No rims even). No notice or anything. Late on payment then disappeared. This can all be substantiated. His reason for leaving was that his $10K print machine broke, was unable to repair and couldn't afford a new one. If he is still in business as I write this, that is even worse. He deliberately lied. He had no credit (It was very bad) but we gave him a chance. All he did the time he was there was complain. I would not give this guy a dollar, because he will take it and run, disappear even. This guy can talk a good game but cannot be trusted.
