I wish we would have left when we had the opportunity to do so while we where in the office waiting for the eye "specialist" to assist us. First, I had to wait 3 and a half hours for someone who claims to be an "iridologist" to assist me. This happened after one of the receptionists had taken pictures of my eyes. One of them told me that the delay was because they were back tracked. Second, when I finally went to see the specialist in her office, she read my results very quickly without explaining in detail why she discovered that I supposedly had problems with some organs. She also didn't give me a chance to ask her any questions. However, after telling me what was wrong inside me, she began to input into her computer a list of her products that she believed I needed. My companion lasted less time than me in her office and in the end they gave us the same product when our ages vary greatly. Third, when I went out to see the receptionists, they immediately already had the product that I supposedly needed. I decided to try the product paying for myself only the amount of $230.00. But there were two problems that bothered me. One, that they did not give us a copy of our results. I had to come back the second day to pick them up and I don't live close. And the other was that they gave me the wrong product! I paid for the digestive cleanse kit and they gave me two of the same kind. It should have been one with powder of gray color and the other brown. Fourth, after realizing that the other liquid type product I bought tasted more like water than nothing, I began to doubt how accurate the test was. I'm sure the capsules are just fillers as well. I'm glad that I did not take the product to a laboratory to get the accuracy of its contents analyzed because I would surely be more disappointed. Tampoco me dio la opportunidad de hacerle preguntas. Sin embargo, despues de decirme que estaba mal en mi interior, empezo a ingresar en su computadora una lista de sus productos que según yo necesitaba. Mi acompanante duro menos tiempo que yo en su oficina y al final nos dieron el mismo producto cuando nuestra edad varia por mucho. Terecero, cuando sali para ver las recepcionistas, de inmediato ya tenian el producto que según yo necesitaba para que hiziera el pago. Hasi que decide hacerlo para intentar el producto pagando solo yo la cantidad de $230.00. Pero hubo dos probelamas que me molesto. Uno, que no nos dieron una copia de nuestros resultados. Tuve que regreaser al segundo dia para recojerlos y no vivo cerca. Y el otro fue que me dieron el producto incorrecto! Pague por el kit de limpieza digestivo y me dieron dos del mismo producto. Deberia haber sido uno de polvo color gris y el otro color café. Cuarto, despues de darme cuenta que el otro producto que compre de tipo liquido sabia mas agua que nada, empeze a dudar de que tan preciso era el examen. De seguro las capsulas estan rellenadas. Que bueno que no lleve el producto a un laboratoria a que analyzaran la precision de su contenido porque de seguro estaria mas decepcionado!

However, I needed my annual check-up and called his office (new location now 54 miles away from his old physical location). It was a Wednesday morning and I got their voicemail to leave a message which they guaranteed to get back to me within 1 business day. It has been MANY business days since I left that message and I have not gotten any call back. I even called again on another weekday morning but reached their voicemail again. Does Dr. Pilpa still even practice medicine because there is no one answering phones or getting back to patients, patients that the Dr. took a vow to care for but just ghosted like a bad Tinder date.

Communication is key when finding a doctor a lot of doctors don't try and put up a friendly conversation they just ask the questions and leave not trying to talk to you to uncover other pertinent information about yourself or family. They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.
