I had my therapy treatment at Symmetry Physical Therapy and I truly recommend this clinic 100 percent because the entire staff is highly trained to treat patients in a very kind and honest manner. Symmetry Physical Therapy provide the best Physical Therapy and Services I've ever had. Their staff and. Lori and Janice, the main therapists are always knowledgeable, kind and friendly! They consistently go the extra mile beyond body mechanic movements. They include 10 minutes of each exercise or stretch, making sure the patient understands the movement and can successfully do the suggested therapy . They were able to get the insurance too add a home electrical stimulaion kit, as well as provided it each session. They proactively requested further sessions from Doctors and insurance, if they professionally believed the patient needed it. I was always informed of my progress and each time encouraged. Each patient is given the time needed, not rushed. There are several stations, so many people can be seen each hour, but given individual consideration. From what I observed therapy could be used differently for a variety of injuries! Added, which is unusual was heat therapy and massage therapy. My experience was great! Staffs are friendly and accommodating, they let you feel at home. They customize therapy for each patient and guide you in each activity and teach you how to do them correctly. Unlike on my old clinic I went to, when there was only one therapist for several patients which lead me to do my things on my own independently on my own phase, thus it was less motivating. In here, there are aides, pt assistants and the therapist doctor who guided and checked on me from time to time. Overall it was an awesome experience! read more

Oh, how we love Janice, she makes her facility a happy place with happy people. They all are so nice and I must say deaf friendly. My husband is a patient there, and their TV is always closed captioned as well. We love their warm welcome and getting hugs from Janice too! read more

Was sent to their Apple Valley location, absolutely zero one on one instructions as to what exercises to do.. You show up and they just tell you to do your exercises, that would help if I knew what my exercises were! I was there for a foot injury, how does a roller bed (which felt great on my back) help my foot? It is the most unorganized therapy facility I have ever been to, when they would finally get around to telling you what to do, it was just 'do this' and 'go'... Not for how long or what to have the machine set at. 30 minutes on a machine when I guess it was only supposed to be ten minutes.. I honestly think they are scamming from workers compensation.. You go in, they waste your time and they get paid.. read more

This business truly does not care about the client - only the money. I recommend going ANYWHERE else but here. The service they offer is sub-par and very unprofessional. Janice told me she would personally make sure my further treatment would be processed the next day and that was thirteen days ago. I'd call it a meat market but that would be too nice. This facility is new to our community but the Physical Therapist Janice Isnt just was at a different location prior to owning this one. Now driving past it several times I had know idea this was a physical therapy facility. When I first came for my evaluation the front office was well ORGANIZED. ..GREETED you with a SMILE and even if you had questions they helped explained them as much to their ability as referrals and authorizations go.**Now what sets this PT facility from the others is the THERAPIST HERSELF...she is thorough with each patient and involved everyday... she will have 20 patients -5 evaluations each time I'm there and once those are done she will make her rounds in the pain management area...and then the exercise and strengthening room. she is there each day to see our progress...change or add anything. Make sure the staff is showing the new patients and current patients her action plan with the correct posture...when adding a new exercise the patient and whom ever staff has the patient executes it correctly because each patient may have a injury that may prevent them from doing the exercise exactly how they were taught but it can still be done. Janice is very FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, STRUCTURED, POLITE, does from the healing inside and out!!, and helps focus on getting you all focused on getting you to the point that it's about you...what can she and her staff do to better assist you and get you to a healing point. Her staff front and back are extremely POLITE and HAPPY to be around. They ask you how youre doing know matter who called you back they all check on you and and make sure in each room the massage chairs, the massage rolling beds, electrodes, heating pads & paraffin wax isn't too hot, and if lights off or on for your comfort. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this FACILITY for ALL TYPES of PHYSICAL THERAPY. YOU will be CARED for very much one on one and always having the physical therapist around to ask questions and not having to make an appointment to ask a simple question. She's available and always in a GREAT POSITIVE MOOD. Which in turn the whole building is also a POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BEING THERE. They treat you with RESPECT and POLITENESS! !!! JANICE brings in POSITIVE STAFF which MOTIVATES us to do our best and WANT TO COME BACK!!! I love being in an environment thats POSITIVE it helps with my RECOVERY. I left another physical therapy office to come to Symmetry. They follow through on all their patient treatment plan and go above and beyond. If there's even a slight problem, the physical therapist tends to it right away. If you have a negative experience it is because you haven't brought it up to the physical therapist in charge because they make things happen. When I begin therapy I'm told what is going to happen and have my condition explained to me. Then I get all the treatment and when exiting therapy, I get to sit down with the physical therapist and discuss my plan of action and what they will suggest to the doctor for future treatment if needed. It's almost sad that this office MAKES YOU BETTER because you really begin to feel comfortable there. I will always suggest this physical therapy office! read more

I took my daughter there for physical therapy on her arm and to learn to walk again due to a car accident and Janice the owner and therapist was very informative and patient. She is a motivator and I would recommend her to anyone Who needs motivation & results ! she's going to give you her honest opinion on the best service you would need whether it's with her or who she can highly refer you to. If I could post zero stars I definitely would have for this company. The name is Ability Recovery Services. I regularly check my credit scores and activities and noticed credit card charges that I did not incure from a company that I don't have a credit card for! It had already gone to collections which caused my score to drop dramatically! So, I exercised due diligence and called the collection agency, Ability Recovery Services, in an effort to resolve the issue. The first rep I spoke to began his conversation in a very professional and informative manner. But, then he began to talk about his personal life and before I knew it he went on a tirade about politics, our president, Obama, etc. The Rep's name is Tommy Shields. He is black and I am white. Soon, he made very racist remarks to me and even included sexist slurs and inappropriate sexual words. He would not stop taking in a loud, abusive voice even though I tried to interrupt him three times to request that he stop this one sided conversation, but he just kept filibustering and talking over me. Finally, in order to stop this verbal attack, I just hung up. Afterwards, I was so upset that I was literally shaking and a bit in shock! I thought, "What just happened?" However, I sincerely want to get this matter resolved so I called back, got a different rep and asked for a supervisor. Instead, she asked for my name and email address. At this point,I really did not want to give another rep my information so, I said that I would be more comfortable speaking to and giving that information to a supervisor. Silence.... I then simply asked for their hours of operation. She literally said, "Are you going to give me your email address?" I replied, "As soon as you give me your hours of operation." Her response, "Well, I can see why you need a supervisor!" She promptly hung up on me!! I also filed a complaint about this company with the federal government agency "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau". As it turns out, this outfit currently has 1,099 registered complaints on file. That does not include the thousands of other consumers, abused by this company just trying to resolve a debt, that never filed a complaint. Neither does this figure include the thousands of complaints filed by people that were disputed by Ability Recovery Services!! Really? Why is this inefficient, unprofessional and sketchy company allowed to continue conducting business? Now, where do I turn to get this resolved if the very company who contacted me is unwilling to help me get to the bottom of this? Apparently, I have to hire an attorney to assist me.....over a $217.00 charge!?! I'm beyond angry at being treated like this and having to listen to a sexist, sexual and political verbal assault!! Then, to be insulted by the second rep and hung up on? I just don't get it. These reps are paid a very small hourly wage and only get their commissions when they collect on a debt. After being in business for over 31 years, I could never have survived treating my clients like this! read more

No hands on p/t, ZERO. Hot parafin wrap, weights and roller bed only. Zero hands on with every visit though. I saw their billing which they DID bill for 15 mins of manual massage...No, they're dreaming at the expense of the patient as well as the state/taxpayer. This went on for months. read more

This Physical Therapy place I gave it one star because the assistant's were nice. I saw a PT one time in 12 visits, the assistant 's do all the work. The PT told me the first day I had an evaluation she would help me with my shoulder, never saw her again, she never helped me. You do the same thing over each day never nothing different, didn't help me at all, what a waste of money & time. I wouldn't recommended this place, I also let workers Comp know. I just finished with Power center wow!! 5 star place especially Amanda, had a PT every visit. read more

I was very hesitant coming to physical therapy, as recommended by my primary care physician. I really didn't think it would help much, and honestly thought it could be a big waste of time. I was totally wrong! I have been treated like gold since walking through the doors and have had hands on treatment that always goes longer than the hour I am scheduled for. Susie is absolutely a sweetheart and is always willing to explain everything in detail so I know what's going on. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing pain relief. read more
