Also, every CS rep has been helpful and friendly, answering questions and making recommendations. If I had to find something to complain about, it's the room's acoustics. The room is SOOOO acoustically bright, every sound is bouncing off every hard smooth surface, and the result is a headache and ringing in my ears that lasts the rest of the day. I hate to think what this is doing to your staff! Suggestion: start with acoustic ceiling tile - cheap, easy to apply on your existing drop ceiling, you could do the entire room in an hour or 2. Next step might be a couple of of those indoor/outdoor throw rugs. ANYTHING would help! If you can't do it for the customers' comfort, do it for workplace safety.

Found a flyer…read moreat a local dispensary that showed another place (will remain unnamed, but I DID write a review describing exactly what happened with one star on their Yelp page) that was "a little cheaper". Figured I would save a few bucks given how every little bit helps these days. Well, they booked the apt, and charged my credit card for the apts. Fair enough, except less than 36 hours before my apt time they send me a text telling me "they were getting ready to call me, they don't see patients on Saturdays anymore and they would see me between 5:45 and 7pm on Wed. Well, doesn't work for me, and when I texted them back (and tried to call repeatedly) no response. I called CMD and explained what happened, and they worked us in to ensure our cards did not expire. TRUST ME, I have learned my lesson and will stick with CMD for all our needs. Sometimes the time and troubles it takes to "rework" an issue is not worth the couple of extra dollars you might save. I am just so grateful that CMD was kind enough to get us squeezed in at the last minute vs allowing our licenses to expire. GREAT JOB! VERY GRATEFUL FOR SUCH OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Recently, they have modified some of their compounds including strain-specific terpenes, but after purchasing, it still tastes like a GMO D8 cartridge, which is not what I expect from a licensed medical dispensary. They are new to the Florida market, so maybe just some kinks to overcome, but I'll give it some time before returning.
