Their phone number is blocked when they call you so there is no return number to call back. Having been part of the FL Medical system for a few months I kept running low or out of my dosages and I was immediately denied any increase when I finally was able to submit a RFE form. I suffer from chronic pain, migraines, and anxiety and I could've get even a gram increase from Dr. Landau. Coming from the both the NY and Ohio programs, it was far easier to get adjustments in both states. Avoid his office at all costs.
