When I entered the shop, I was quickly and eagerly greeted by the shopkeeper. He asked what I could be helped with as I took careful inventory of the store. I could see from the shop name that they carried hookah supplies, but Thought, what the heck, I'd check them out. I saw one case was filled with water pipes, and I asked the shopkeeper if they sold replacement parts for this item. Without looking, he responded, "No. It's sold as is." Although his response and demeanor were off-putting and unwelcoming, I continued to browse for the other items I needed. Since he decided to follow me around the store, I allowed him to lead me to what I needed. I asked for a cigarette roller, and he guided me to electric models and was frustrated that they were not what I was seeking. At that point, I left to find another smoke shop to better accommodate my needs, preferably with better customer service.
