I got scammed by this place. Bought a posh from them yesterday and when I opened the package it was a completely different flavor. Not only was it a different flavor, it was all scratched up, was missing the little mouthpiece on the posh to make sure it's safe to use, and it was completely dead. I tried returning it for a new one and they accused me of trying to scam them. They offered me another for $5 off but why would I do that when they sold me a defective and tampered with product. Called them back and asked for their owner's email and the employee refused to give me it. They also said that it was the actual maker of the vape's fault and that there's nothing they can do. All around terrible service even after I have been going in that place for years. It's not about the money. It's about them being professional and realizing that they messed up. Clearly one of their employees are stealing product and replacing it with their disgusting used product. I will never go back. read more

The only smoke shop I will be going to from now on. All the employees are super patient and always know what you want just by you describing it. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is just upbeat and immediately makes you feel at home. If you come in and have limited funds, they are extremely helpful with finding the best products that fit your budget. I also love the prices on e-juice. A 120mL bottle is $20 and a 60mL is $15. All in all this store is my favorite of all time and will remain my favorite as long as they are there. Me and my girlfriend walked into this store in June to buy a Vape and the guy who sold it to us said that it was the best Vape on the market and I know that I know personally that it is a good brand yet when I asked if he was going to have replacement coils he said yes sure come by next week and it is August 17 at 12:47 PM i've called three times asking for replacements and the last time I called the employee said that I had to drive all the way to Addison Illinois to get coils at the other shop so unless you want to drive all the way to Addison Illinois to pick up your replacement coils 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place or if you want to be overcharged on products just because they want to get rid of them because it's the last of the last of the last product I really don't recommend this place and to add a cherry on top of the cake the Vape leaks like every day read more

This place has horrible customer service, especially during Covid. We came twice to exchange a bowl piece they sold us (within 20 min). First one was too big so we came back and instead of bringing multiple out to compare or have us pick from, he brings the same size bowl telling us it's smaller and it's clearly not, not to mention making us feel stupid. To make the story short we come back to exchange again and he tells us we can't because of Covid?? Been going to this shop for the past year or so. Found them randomly by doing a google search of shops in my neighborhood. Best vape shop I've ever been to! They always have the most up to date, state of the art products. It's also a plus that these guys are the most down to earth people who really take pride in their shop. They appreciate their customers so much that when they didn't have a juice in stock they tracked it down and ordered multiple bottles for us and sold it to us for the cheapest price point we have ever purchased it at. They have also stayed open on occasion just for us (after midnight closing time) to get a product while they picked it up from a different location of theirs. Talk about customer appreciation!
