She was a realtor and needed higher coverage a long long time ago. She was paying over $1,500.00 every 6 months. When she finally agreed at my begging to look elsewhere (85 year old mothers are set in there ways) she found perfectly good coverage for one third of the price. When she called to cancel they continued to try and tell her she should keep the coverage. What an absolute joke of a company. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER trust this company.

I did not hear from Most and called them a few days the date our insurance was supposed to disappear and asked them about the replacement coverage. They said they sent an email (which I never received) saying they couldn't find replacement coverage because my roof was too old. They were uninterested in helping me and finally hung up on me.
