After our active hurricane season, I needed a quote on both homeowners and flood insurance. I met with Jeff, one of their employees. Jeff is a great salesman, promising to help research and find the best coverage at the lowest price. Once you sign up with Jeff, you never hear from him again. You are forwarded to other employees who are supposed to manage your case. Most often, I would get the office manager Diane, who made excuses saying they had so many clients they couldn't get back to everybody. Wait, what? So my policy can lapse because you have too many people to serve? Find another agency that has the ability to serve all of their clients.
