Lauren is the first massage therapist I've visited since who not only accepts insurance, but who has also been able to pinpoint my problem areas exactly with massage and assisted stretching. She also provides suggestions for exercises and stretches in between appointments that are highly beneficial. I used to attend her yoga classes before my accident, so was thrilled when I found out she now does therapeutic massage. The combination of her education (beyond basic massage therapy), experience in and passion for A&P and the physical therapy field, and years of teaching yoga make her much more "in tune" with the human body than most therapists and able to provide exceptional pain relief. For almost a year, I've received weekly chiropractic care and attended PT several times, plus had weekly massages with other therapists.
