On Sunday When I contact the dispatcher, he told me the tech will be there in 30 minutes. The tech showed up and told me that my motor went out. I knew he never get on the roof to check the units. Once he brought a 6 foot ladder. My building is 18 foot flat roof. Secondly, my ac was diagnosed earlier that day and it only need a capacitor. However, it is a Sunday so they could not get the part for me. When I heard the Tech said I need a fan motor I know he was BS. So I denied the service. He told me to sign a refused of service. I did ask him how much for a service call he said he does not know. I received a bill from Thermal solution for 3 hours of services. The tech is there for less than 30 minutes. I reach out to them and the dispatcher Pat took my information but no one ever call me back. Invoice comment" system needs multiple repairs" Larry, my system only need a capacitor and it Has been running since it was replaced. If you want to take advantage of your customers shows some effort. At least bring a correct ladder for the job. For me, $370 for Thermal Solutions' reputation is quite cheap.

The tech that came out wasn't prepared for the job and needed to borrow my shop vac. To me, if I'm paying you close to $400 to clean my AC motor, come with your own tools and equipment. It's not professional to ask customers to provide their own for the company's use. I called the office to complain, and the manager was rude AF. He said he wasn't sure why the tech didn't have a shop vac, but the tech said he was never provided one. (So whenever you read this, please buy your employees the tools they need to do their jobs) I let the tech use my shop vac anyway, he finished cleaning the AC, and left the remainder of the work for the next day because materials were late. Stephen, the tech that actually did the remainder of the work was courteous and professional. Not sure sure I would use this company again. Seems like the owners or managers don't care about their employees or what kind of business they're running.

Called an independent repair person. Same issue. Said it probably wasn't installed correctly. Accutemp refused to cover under warranty. I will never use them again. Dishonest. Wanted me to replace major part of system that is only 2 years old.
