I texted him thinking that they were going to come at 10, and he explained to me that it was actually noon, but they were running early so they arrived at 11. He and his coworker had all the tools, equipment, and knowledge to get the job done. They understood the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes and then explain to me what I needed to do after they left. While he could've charged me more for the labor in time for the repair, I only had to pay for the visit, which I thought was more than fair. Two days later, everything is still perfect.
