Three days ago I made an appt for them to deliver a shower toilet & I told them my nebulizer broke and my oxygen compressor and to go oxygen wasnt working. They said they needed a new order for the latter but would deliver the chair by 1pm the next day. The dr sent an order for the nebulizer but verio said they didnt get it and couldnt come til they did. The hospital tried calling them and suddenly they could come to see if they could fix anything. The set an appt for 12am that night. Meanwhile the hospital wont let me go home eventhough I was discharged without these machines working and my daughter got up at midnight and stayed up til 2 :30am waiting for them for which they did not show or call. Yesterday they said they would be there between 12 and 4pm. My daughter waited all day and they did not show or call. We have not heard from them yet today and it is 12:33pm. I am still stuck at the hospital costing them 10s of 1000s of dollars. My daughter is hostage at my home waiting. Me, my daughter, and the hospital are calling them several times a day and they have the nerve to not show and days go by. Who does this kind of thing?

At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions.
