They specialize in Galician beef which some will argue is the best beef in the world. Service is great and the women butchers are efficient but very friendly. Prices are competitive for the neighborhood, but way cheaper than the tasteless beef in the US. Make sure you check the hours as they are only open half days on Saturday and Monday, closed on Sundays, and are always closed for daily siestas.

We came in here looking for pork breakfast. There's a small restroom in the back on the pork shop. Down a small ramp, it's almost like being in a bunker with ham legs all along the wall. Some of these hams are 5+ years old! You can watch them carve up the ham hocks they have at the front. They carve like masters. They also sell the ham pre-packed and ready to go in little coolers.
