Attached to the restaurant is a fromagerie (cheese shop) so I bought some squeaky cheese and you can actually see them bringing the cheese out! My work colleague mentioned that "Victo" is the heart of a very large dairy region so there is lots of very good cheese shops! Come visit for Ice Cream, an unhealthy or "hearty" meal and indulge! You walk inside to a little snack bar that opens to a wonderful cheese shop and ice cream bar! Selection is very large but the focus is on cheese curds and block form of fresh curd cheese. I was quick to purchase two small bags and the cheese is awesome! Not as salty as other places and very very squeaky! The ice cream bar looked to have a huge incredible selection! They people inside mostly spoke French but also could switch to English and were friendly. They had lots of tables and booths inside and at least 8 tables with umbrellas outside. This is just off the main route heading back to US border for us going home to CT. Will absolutely be our last Canadian stop now before crossing the border. Their all dressed hotdogs had a chunky mustard onion topping, which I really liked. Buns were buttery and toasted rather than steamed. Delicious original flavoured sausages, cooked and served in a sliced baguette type of bread. It was delicious and my crap description doesn't give it justice.
