La première personne est très rude, me coupe constament la parole puis me place en attente, après environ 10 minutes, je raccroche et rappelle pour parler avec quelqu'un d'autre. La deuxième personne était très rude, il me disait que mon Cell ne foncionnait pas, que je n'avais pas pris leurs instructions adéquatement, que je faisait clairement quelque chose inccorectement, etc. À la fin, après plus de 5 minutes à me faire parler de façon très condescendante, ils me donne le bon code pour mon coupon, mais celui ci n'est que pour $25, et non pas le $35 qui m'avait été promis au départ. Promesse non tenue, pizza plus petite que celles de la compétition et service EXTREMEMENT RUDE. Cette commande a prise 75 minutes avant d'arriver, en plein après midi! Ils ont maintenant perdu ma clientèle en raison de l'attitude de leur personnel!

In the past few years, it appears they have branched out into other meats, vegetarian and healthy dishes. They now offer hamburgers. Many of their dishes are sold in grocery store frozen food section for you to prepare at home. One of the trademarks of St Hubert is their unlimited, free servings of cole slaw. They have two types: one with a mayonnaise base and another with a vinegar base. Both are very good. Don't load up on cole slaw because you have the main course coming and possibly one of their many desserts. On our visit, we both selected the St. Hubert Bowl, a limited time special from the menu. This was one of their healthy dishes that features shredded chicken, black beans, lettuce, brown rice and cucumber. Our bowl was topped with piri piri sauce, an African sauce made from chili, lemon, peppers and other spices. Overall, we felt the dish was good but not great. We both rated it at 3 1/3 stars, so I rounded it up. St. Hubert is not one if our favorite restaurants. The food is slightly above average and the service is slow. This was the first time in years that we have eaten here. It is, however, good enough. We will eventually return.

Never had that before, interesting combo, but not for purists :) We each had the crèpes salées, savoury crepes filled with asparagus, cheese and ham, with hollandaise. Oh the ham was so good, big pieces and wonderfully textured. We each added a poached egg, because why not. Potatoes and a small fruit cup also on the plate. A maple butter for the fruit was absolutely amazing, but no way to eat all of it and I felt bad for the wastage of something so delicious. Would return yo try a grilled cheese sandwich, of which there are so many to choose from and seemed a hot item coming out of the kitchen. Service had zero flaws and was quick and efficient. About $30 each on the bill with tip, a very satisfying experience.

Rye bread was fresh. They added yellow mustard instead of letting us do it ourselves. (My partner is not a fan.) We also split an entré sized Caesar salad. ($7) Romain could have been a little smaller. Croutons were fresh. Cheese was lovely. Real bacon bits. Presentation was very nice. Friendly atmosphere. Obviously full of locals. Very clean and bright. Recently renovated. Kitschy tavern style chairs and tables. Menu is limited. Smoked meat, spaghetti, nachos, poutine, pizza (all come with smoked meat on top) and wings. We ended up ordering a huge bag and the following week paid a visit to the factory which is open to the public and has its own restaurant and dairy bar. Cheese is made fresh every day, they're open seven days a week along with their restaurant which serves classic Quebec staples like poutine, sandwiches, and pizzas. Their pizza features stuffed crust and instead of mozzarella, they use, you guessed it: curd cheese. I found it delicious but a little odd in texture, curd cheese isn't as stretchy as mozzarella and tends to be wet and sweat when heated. I believe this is what caused our crust to be a little soggy, it was also an extremely thin crust. Despite unusual texture, it was still delicious and worth a try if you're ever on the south shore. If you're just in the market for cheese though, you can get a kilo for 16$ no tax, or 2kilos for 27$, which is a great deal. They also offer a seasoned bbq or herb and garlic flavor. Family friendly, family owned business producing a quality product- the unmistakeable taste and texture of their squeaky cheese is sure to please.
