Our waitress had the drink menu in her head. Just say what you like. We got the heritage plate. Two types of brisket, a sausage, and two types of ribs. It was perfect. Didn't care too much for the sausage but everything was the most tenderest meats I've ever had, as well as tasty. No steak knife needed, but a butter knife was provided. So much food. And I had to save the rest for later. Definitely this place is on the top of my list for favorite bbqs. The Mac and cheese was interesting. It was good and cheesy. There was even cauliflower in it.

Very very good. Big win with us. Next, we went straight for the "meat" of this bbq contest. The meat (brisket and ribs) are fallapart tender. Very important in any bbq rating. The bbq sauce has a unique taste...is that cinnamon? The cornbread was grilled, nice touch. The coleslaw is good. Now back to the main event, the beef. Of course, everyone has their own cooking method. Faite A' L'os is going with a glaze on the brisket, perhaps the same as on the pork ribs - which are excellent, BTW. We got some plump maple, pepper, & chipotle sausages that I can't wait to throw on the grill. If you need seafood they have that too. The salmon with maple glaze was pretty good but the julienne mixed vegetables were incredible. The main negative was that our red wine was served very cold, maybe 40 deg. F, like it came from a fridge. And for a couple of older folks like us, some of the seating was too dark after sunset and if you sit by the speakers, it can be pretty loud.
