The owner was behind the counter and extremely friendly, even before my husband (who is bilingual) told him in passing that this was our first time there. Hubby ordered the special of the day (the club sandwich) and I ordered a chicken breast. Both came with a nice-sized side order of fries, a container of their BBQ sauce, and a container of coleslaw. After visiting all the other popular chicken places (St-Hubert, Fusee, Scores, etc) where I swear they all use the same sauce base with less or more pepper per place, Vic's uses an entirely different sauce than I am used to, and I REALLY enjoyed the difference. More tomato-y with a kick, and went VERY well with both the chicken and the fries. They accept cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard, and deliver as well as have group specials.

The chicken is a mix but seems to be primarily dark meat. There are multiple size options - all of which will come out bigger than you expect. The small is enough for a sitting and a half for me. I love the crinkle of the fries but wish they were a little crispier to withstand the gravy and curds. The gravy is the right consistency (not too thin or thick) but could use a little more flavor for my tastes.
