I like to keep my car clean, and while I often just grab a hose and mix up a bucket of water and my Meguiar's wash, sometimes I am pressed for time, or just want to let someone else do the work. In those cases I head to my local car wash. I had recently Parker my car under a tree over the weekend. "If your car doesn't get all the way these the first time, come back around and I'll let you go through again!" True to his word, after one spin through the wash still left some residual bird turds on my car, he let me go back through at no cost to me, and he even scrubbed off my car a bit before I went through the wash. Great car wash starting at $5.50 on up. I recommend the $6.50 it is a deep clean with under carriage and tires. The vacuums are busted with low suction and taped with duck tape. The vacuum area is also dirty with litter on the ground from where other customers emptied out their vehicles trash. It's gross. Customer service is decent nothing spectacular. read more

I came for a car wash but needed an oil change as well and it was such a nice surprise to discover they offer a free car wash coupon with oil change services! The staff was kind and courteous and I left with an oil change and new wipers for an incredibly reasonable price and a sparkly car from my (free!) car wash! I'm new to the area and I was looking for a good car wash - this place is great! The ultimate wash (their top of the line wash) was only $15 and it has a tonnnnnn of great stuff. They also pressure wash your car by hand before you even go through the main car wash which, I have never seen before. I have also never seen an air dryer COMBINED with a cloth dryer. Sweeeeeeet! My car was extra dirty when I visited at the end of a long road trip and the employee that waves you in took the time to stop the the tire track that takes you through and completely wash my front bumper before sending me through to make sure everything came off and my car came out completely clean. read more

I've been going to this car wash for years. I had minor damage on my new car side passenger mirror from one of the brushes at the wash. It was noticed by the staff while my car was in the middle of the wash. This has never happened in all my time going there in my truck. The guys were great. I took my car to the dealership for pricing on the damage and the guys reimbursed me right away. I'll continue to use this car wash. It's fast, easy and convenient. Great customer service! read more

Went there today for my first and last time. The pre-wash was little more than a 5 second spray. My Terrain was not adequately cleaned and not even close to being dried for $10. I wiped the remaining dirt off and dried all windows and sides of car with a cloth once I got home. I should not have had to pay $10 to simply do the car washing myself. read more

I have been taking my car to Canton City Car Wash for years. Their prices went up a little after the remodel but still fair. Better than the other options nearby because they blow dry your car after the wash. I really liked it when they had someone to towel dry too. I miss that. Anyway I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave and took it there for a wash. Unfortunately one of the spinning side brushes caught my driver side mirror and tore it off completely. My car was less than a month old at the time. I showed it to the manager and he assured it would be taken care of. I took the car to my dealer, got a new mirror, and presented the bill to the manager at the car wash. Despite the almost $900 bill they reimbursed me. It took a while but they made good in their promise. Thanks guys. Unfortunately I don't think I will risk losing a mirror again so it looks like the self wash is my only other option. read more

Last weekend April 7,2019 I got my car exterior cleaned I was hoping to get the interior too but there was no option for the $100 detailing and interior on the kiosk. So when I get in I asked the crew they said it's only through appointment and I have to go back to the other side to schedule one which I did. So I got an appointment for April 13,2019 4pm I told them I had to work at the hospital from 7pm to 7am so to make sure if there are any changes to call me so I don't waste my time the guy said yes. I got there yesterday around 3:30 pm and the guy said he decided to cancel my appointment with no reason at all so I'm upset because I had to get up early to drive to canton just for him to tell me that he canceled my appointment. That's is so unprofessional wouldn't it be nice if you can just call your client have some consideration for people. My car was really dirty. I had not gotten it washed in over a month. I paid the extra for an upgraded wash. After going through my car was very clean but the wheels, understandably, were not perfect. I drove around to ask if my wash had been upgraded. He said it was but offered for me to go through again because my wheels weren't perfect. I'm sure it was only because they were really dirty but I really appreciated how he handled it. I will continue to go back to this car wash because I appreciate how this was handled. read more

BAD, not a good car wash. Staff that works there is polite, but thats about IT. Expect to have to go and do another rinse afterwards, the trickly of water that rinses the soap off off your car on the basic was is simply inadequate. If you spring for the $10 wash or above you get a high powered rinse, but one would expect that not having soap stuck to your car would be a mandatory part of any car wash wether basic or not. When your finished you get to have the towel dryers rub all the remaining soapy water into your car. and when you get home you get to dry the rest off yourself. $7 for this? I think this place has been renamed The Canton Carwash". Anyway it has recently reopened after a long down time rebuilding after a fire destroyed the Carwash and oil change bays. You are now greeted by two entry lanes that have an "ATM" like machine ready to accept your payment prior to getting to the tunnel. Along with the new equipment inside they also moved the prep area (pre wash) before entering tunnel inside so the staff stays a bit warmer while prepping our cars. At this point in time there are "no brushes" being used on our cars! Today the attendant just walked around the car and squirted it down. The wash equipment is superior to what other businesses are using and did a really nice job top to bottom, including my wheels, I'm very impressed! I did miss the towel dry attendants upon exiting so we will see if this option returns as the weather gets colder as the dryer left my windows too wet. read more
