The person over the phone was pleasant and helpful with my questions, the guys that washed and handled my vehicle were also friendly, and finally picking up my car was met with a lot of nice staff! The guy who uses the broom on your windows scratched the shit on all 3 plastic jeep windows in the back of my vehicle of my 2025!! Tipped at the beginning on the wash $6 and another $2 at the exit! *COVID19 Edition* I've got some mixed vibes about this place. Overall, my car was cleaned without any damage to my car, so in that at least it did its job. I think the price is reasonable too considering how often I need a car wash in the winter. I especially like that they include employees at the end of the wash who hand dry your car (tips are appreciated). I was just kept scratching my head for a minute. When I pulled into the line, there was one car in front of me that was getting the manual broom scrub... but it also wasn't? There were four guys just shooting the breeze for minutes... not washing the car. And I waited. And I waited. And I waited some more. Were they all on break? What was happening? Eventually they decided to get back to work again when there were 3 additional cars behind me in the line. I wondered whether or not it was a marketing plot to attract more cars with a line, but either, it was a dumb addition to the consumer experience. If I need a cheap car wash, sure, whatever, I'll come here. But if I have other options, I'll take them. read more

This place has had multiple management over the years which probably is the reason for the mixed reviews. The latest management isn't bad but it isn't great. The guys prepping and drying the vehicles are always really nice and do a good job. I've noticed the machines are using less soap and don't do as good of job as they have in the last. Other than that no complaints. I always request no brushes from the people spraying and prepping the cars going into the machines. I've noticed more scratches happen at car washes from the people physically brushing your car before it goes into the machines. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITTY ASS COMPANY‼ they do not like to take responsibility for things that they break in your car during detailing services. I took my car here on 3/5/2024 and they broke my driver headrest on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle was purchased the day before, and it was in PERFECT condition, they put their hands on my vehicle to render services. I called the company multiple times trying to resolve however, they dodge cause they lied about the manager not being in and they did not even return my phone call. I had to go up there and have a conversation which turned into a verbal altercation in which the employees were being very belligerent rule, and disrespectful‼ I had done business with them in the past, and never had any issues and for this to happen this showed me what kind of company they are! read more

This is my favorite spot for a car wash they do an amazing job every time! The basic wash is $5 and it's better than any other basic wash around. They also do full detailing and it's by far the best around. They offer monthly memberships for $19 unlimited washes. They accept credit cards, hand towel dry and are always so kind. This is by far my favorite car wash. They always have people thoroughly spray down your car before sending it through the wash and there's no extra fee for towel dry. I have come here with my jeep covered in mud and/or a windshield covered in bugs many times and the car is always shiny and super clean afterwards. And it's only $4 for the base wash. Paid for a a full detailing and it was a half ass job. The manager acted like it was a inconvenience to correct obvious stuff not done. And he had the Odacity to ask the young guy who wanted to make things right if I was wasting his time! When I inquired about the tree sap on the hood and windshield he said they don't do that and would charge extra. Did you call and ask me?? What do you do for $149? They run your vehicle through the car wash ( still had stuff stuck behind the side mirrors, etc), vacuum, clean windows, spray some armor all on tires. . Ridiculous. Complete waste of money, they do not know the concept of detailing a car! Total rip off, find somewhere else. So disappointed!!! read more

Big fan of this car wash. Actually one of the best I've been too. I was a detail manager at a dealership for a couple years so I'm hesitant to bring my cars into wash's cause of swirl marks. However I was very impressed by this shop. They spray you off, use a brush to clean the wheels and then a DIFFERENT soft brush to go over the car and windows, you get ran through then a dry by a gentlemen at the end. This is the only car wash in the area that I'll go to. The various levels of wash are extremely reasonably priced, they do a good, thorough job, always have good attitudes, and get things done as quickly as they can. Sometimes it takes a little while to get through the initial manual spray down and paying portion, because they have only two people to spray the whole car down, scrub it, and take your payment. But in my opinion it's worth it for the extra level of thoroughness you get from a hands on approach. And they hand dry your car at the end! They recently introduced new monthly unlimited tiers, it used to be you could only get a monthly pass for the basic wash but now you can get it for any wash level. I got a monthly pass for the second tier "works wash" which is normally $9 and the monthly pass is $25. Since I go here more than twice a month it's a no brainer. I strongly suggest it. read more

This place has been under new ownership for awhile now. They do spend a fair amount of time spraying and brushing the vehicles before sending them through the wash tunnel. I started tipping at both the wash and dry stations and for awhile I was getting a better wash prep and a dryer car from the two people waiting to towel dry upon exiting the tunnel. After watching the last few visits I'm tipping for nothing as there are many spots still dirty and most of these could be taken care of by the towel dryers but they can't even get the cars dry anymore. Still the best in the area but my eyes will be open for better options. read more

This place is honestly terrible. Will NEVER return. Manager was very rude. We actually came to use the vacuum. Didn't want a car wash, vacuums were all being use. Tried to go around the building to exit, but couldn't as they had other cars blocking the exit. Was FORCED to go through car wash. When I said something to the manager, all he had to say was "it's only $5", I asked if he'd let us go through for free as we were being inconvenienced by them not having an exit. He said no, there was nothing he could do. I will be contacting the owner of this establishment next week. read more

Never again. Heard from a friend that her car was scratched to no end after using these guys but thought maybe she was wrong or overreacting. Nope. 2 times now I've given these guys a chance and my brand new 2017 vehicle now has scratches and scrapes all over which I am POSITIVE were not there before going through the wash, as I inspected my vehicle right after returning home each time. Never again! Last year, this was my go-to place for my new car. Out in Milford, you have to contend with hard water and getting stuck behind a truck that was just off-roading, so I searched far and wide for something around Westland with soft brushes, and found TLC. I had been going two or three times a week. Then something changed. I suspect new ownership, because two people I hadn't recognized were working on that fateful day, and one guy said something to the other (it wasn't in a language I spoke) and next thing I knew at the end of the wash, the guy with the towel is pointing at my hood. "That's wax or something, bro." Wax? Huh? Suddenly, the other guy pops up out of nowhere, and more "wax" mysteriously appears on my hood. Oh, he's got just the thing to take it off. It's special and organic, and for me.... only five bucks. I know this scam pretty well, and I also know that they basically had me over a barrel. Drive off and let it actually screw up the paint, or try and take it off myself without knowing which solvent I need. I handed the guy a $10 bill, and was treated to a very dramatic cleaning. After asking for my change twice, I was able to recover $5. It was a decent wash (before this incident, which ultimately left my hood looking awful until I got another wash), but after that shady nonsense, they'll never see me again. read more

Attentive service, honest owner. Come here for your full service wash. Wanted a full service detailing and called to see if they had an interior/exterior wash. Brought the vehicle in and the attentive staff cleaned for almost 3/4 hour, paying special attention to anything we asked about. A couple minutes after we left we got a call from the owner to alert us we had left an item at the car wash - this was on the cell number we called from before we left, not a number that was given when we got the wash so the owner took the initiative to go through caller ID to find us. Great car wash, honest owner who went above and beyond. If you want a through inside and out ($25) this is the place for you. read more

Never, ever, everrrrr again. Please, please, please, do not take your car here to be washed if you care about it. Always have it hand washed. They scratched my brand new car through its protective sealant and were not even remorseful. All the workers were horribly rude and didn't put any effort into their job. I don't usually go through a car wash but was too tired to spend the hour or so it would have taken to hand wash. I vacuumed first which cost me way more than it should have .75 cents to start and then I added another $1.00 to keep it going. Fragrance is an extra $1.00 if you wanted to add it... over priced for me. The attendants at the wash bay were very nice and I always tip $3 (hoping to get a better pre wash) regardless. (Tipping is important people!!) Went thru wash and it was so powerful it pushed my side mirror in.. I don't think it's necessary to have such high power washers.. that's where damage can come into play. Rolled out at the end, tipped the hand dryer attendants $3.00 (why?? Because tipping is important people!!) . Over all I am happy with the outcome!! Thanks TLC!! read more

Poor performance, poor service. Went for complete interior detailing ($105.00). We were promised, exterior wash, interior cleaning, complete vacuuming, carpet shampoo and window cleaning. When we showed up to pick up the car, the driver, passenger sides window were still dirty on the edges (the area were the glass sits on the window seal when up), the rear glass never cleaned (we could still read the writings "hello!" From my children's. The rear floor board still not vacuumed neither cleaned and..... the moon roof window not cleaned. Similar results with the trunk, poor vacuuming and trunk cover jams still dirty.... After notifying the manager, he asked his attendant to clean again the windows??? Not before complaining himself about the "large quantity of dog hairs they had to removed" from the seats and the carpet. They finally finished the job they were paid for........ w/o any apologies for their poor performance. Well.... never again! read more

6 star for their car wash eqquipment they have the best service and there equipment is an A+. You get so much for your money. The detailing there is incredible and they clean your car to your satisfaction. This is the only car wash in westland that i know that donates so much of our money to the livonia communty and to Karmanos Cancer charity! The staff are wonderful and generous and i will be continuing to go there. The mananger and staff are wonderful and loving! read more
