We have the monthly pass, it has gotten so bad over the past year, misses so much dirt! With the growing amount of Jeep and Broncos on the road they need to update their equipment to clean the back when they have to turn the roller off to protect the tire on the back! I went in and asked what we can do different and they told me to tell them each time to spray with bug spray! I should have to do that and sometimes I don't have time before they start spraying. The back is always filthy! I do not recommend if you have a jeep or bronco! read more

I went here my first time got the 20 dollar wash which is the best one, all seemed well going thru assuming my truck was getting cleaned until I pulled out and went to dry it off to find out dirt was still on the sides and the rims were still dirty. Theres a reason they have towels at the end so you can finish everything the was missed which was everything but the top of the truck. Any of the quick pass locations have gone down hill since they have opened. I now have to find a new car wash to give my business to. They are all worried about quantity over quality. They never spray the rear of the vehicle so it comes out dirty as ever every single time. They also barely spray off the vehicle before sending it through. Don't take your vehicle to Quick Scratch! They scratched my truck and then want to say that it didn't happen there. This truck was one week old to me. I looked it over when I bought it, I waxed it a couple days later and then took it to the car wash and I got scratches on my hood from the car wash. Bad experience with RJ, the manager. My Lincoln went through 9-9-25. While drying noticed scratch marks coming down the roof starting with the 2nd sunroof down. Spoke to worker he took a damage report, pictures and going to forward to RJ. I had to call him back several days later and we discussed back and forth. We met last time 9-15 and he showed me a video to try to confirm no fault. His video was dated 9-4 (wrong date) and my car came into car wash and video died. It would not escalate forward to prove his case. Then he denied me. I asked him for a photo of the last brush where apparently the damage happened. He said he would send to me, never did. I asked to take a picture of the last brush and he escorted me out. I did obtain my video of the incorrect videos he showed me with wrong dates and times. He immediately cancelled my monthly membership. I asked him by text immediately to send report and my photos to the owner of the company, and seems like he never did. Very poor management and I felt like the criminal. In closing I took my vehicle to the Lincoln body shop and it was confirmed 150% that the damage came from a car wash, scratches were very fresh, and they repaired it. I had a long standing with this location. read more

First off the customer service here is great! They meet you at the check out and will assist you with the process if needed. As far as the wash go it's absolutely atrocious, it barely washes your vehicle and leaves tons of dirt and streaks on the vehicle. I went there today and will not be going back. I got a wash book as a gift, long story short the person at the kiosk took my wash card from me helped the person infront of me then asked me for my card again to find out he had given it to someone else and gave my wash to them and they gave him an empty card as he scanned that one and it had no washes left. (I had 4 left before this trip). Manager came over yelling because the line started to back up gave me 3 complimentary washes instead of a new card (very inconvenient for me no pass number and easier to lose). Next time i went to get a wash for $20 with my free wash card and had to spend 45 minutes cleaning my car in the cold after going through the premium wash to just find dirt still all over my car and having to rewash it myself. Never had a bad experience at a car wash before but this has been the time. read more

I came in this afternoon. My new edge had went down a dirt road and was filthy. Lady explained to me I would need an $11.00 wash to get the wheels and dirt off the car. No problem until I stopped to dry it off. Wheels were not close to being clean. I brought a small towel to dry off the car used it to clean the wheels. First time using this car wash, I purchased the " Manager special -$11" I noticed when pulling in to start the wash that the the button was Clearly push for the "Basic Wash- $8" I know this because the sign lights up which one you get. I couldn't open my window to let them know the wash had already started, I decided to pull back through after but there was probably 10 or more cars in line and didn't want to waste my time or wait over 3 extra dollars. So I did call and spoke with a woman and explained what had happened, and she did apologized for the situation and told me I could come back and get it washed again. I just asked to make it known to make sure who is running the start up to check what the customer has purchased and they are getting what they paid for! I bought a "unlimited " deal back when they first opened. I liked the idea of being able to go sometimes more than once a day especially in the winter. I went the other day for a second time because the weather that day. The screen said I had hit my limit. I questioned it and was told they changed it to only once a day. I'd say that's limited even though the sign says "unlimited " So if you thinks you're getting unlimited car washes jokes on you lol. read more

This car wash is expensive and does not clean It starts at $8 and doesn't clean well. After going through, I had areas that were not cleaned especially in the back of my car. On top of this, there is no hand towel dry service. I paid $5-$6 elsewhere for that service. Their automatic brushes are very hard on your car. I travel miles to come here. Vacuum for free, washing is good and priced fine (kids love the lights during the wash) and towels so you can put the finishing touches on your car yourself. I also have to say since it is automated the attendants that work are super quick to help with the pay booths or anything you need. read more

It was an ok wash. My truck was dirty and they sprayed it down before it went through the wash. But when I exited I checked my truck and still found dirt on the passenger side door handles, dirt streaks along that side also. For $10 plus $2 tip I would expect a better wash. read more

I give this shady business a NEGATIVE 5 stars. NO ONE SHOULD WASTE THEIR MONEY AND RISK GETTING THEIR CAR SCRATCHED. My car was scratched almost two weeks ago. RJ told me he's not responsible for it. He supposedly talked with the corporate office and they said they aren't responsible. It's funny though... I asked RJ for corporates phone number and email, he never gave it to me and still hasn't. I don't think there is a corporate office RJ. I'm not falling for your BS and no one else should either. They are responsible if you're car is scratched in their car wash.
