This office should of been closed a long time ago.They were breaking many laws.I was supposed to have video calls and it was billed for a video call but in reality it was a 2 minute call no video and I've had to call the Board of Medicine. They can't hold your records hostage!. They missed many things or didn't read my bloodwork.Its pathetic they let this corrupt drug dealing doctor operate for so long!.A class action is in the works.. This place was awful and hurt many people and their loved ones!. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Cantor for six years for pain management for my herniated discs and I can't say enough good things about him. He is attentive, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. While he does run late for appointments I find that a small price to pay for having a doctor who spends quality time actually conversing with his patients about their illnesses and concerns. This office was closed down by the DEA in January of 2026 Leaving all patients without care , no warning this was going to happen and not even a phone call. I was left waiting for a phone appointment that never came and wound up in a hospital and extremely sick due to their complete disregard for their patients who like me were going there for many years. No contact was ever made, no information + no Doctor to pick up were they left off. read more

Pain management for nerve injuries and back injury - Seems to easily get backed up for appointments ; but probably because he spends good quality time with his patients . absolute inability to operate a medical business. being expected to sit for up to or over 2 HOURS while waiting in the office. 2 staff confined this was the case as he is not able to manage his own time slots. Steiner medical shoils take note of this and address it. they are not only doing their patients a severe disservice but it's just simple time mis management . I am now seeing a new pain management clinic. wait time are 10 minutes. Pretends he is a good doctor. But he truly does not care about sick people. I believe he has gotten too old to care about anyone. My daughter had three mini seizures right in his office from him taking her off his pain medication abruptly and it was scary and he thought nothing of it and said she was hyperventilating! I don't think so ! He let my sick daughter go from his practice only because she had a bout of depression and went into the hospital to take care of herself . He deemed her "unstable" and dropped her as a patient, after 15 months of not a one fault had she made regarding "his contract" ! He never took interest in chatting with us , he was unfriendly, and had no bedside manner as they say . For some reason he just acted like he hated my 48 year old daughter who has Secondary progressive MS, a tumor in her back just about touching her spine, spinal stenosis, sclerosis, arthritis all over , & fibromyalgia. And in the beginning he lied and said a dr should never abandon his patient.. well that's what he certainly did to my daughter. And she has been terribly ill ever since . Because of HIM .. this ruined her record and we find it hard now finding drs . All because of him my daughter is probably going to be entering a long term facility for the rest of her life and she's only 48 years old . Imagine that ??? A nursing home because he made her get so very ill after removing her from her medication she has had so many illnesses and her MS has gotten so worse . He knew Nothing about MS , and didn't even believe that you can get pain with MS.. all different kind of pain and how every individual is different with the pain of MS . He should read some information about MS ! Very uncaring, uninformed man ! Thank you CANTOR for ruining a very nice family's life !!! Dr Cantor is an excellent physician. Yes, as people have mentioned, he is getting older, but with age comes experience and wisdom. He has helped me tremendously with my back pain issues. We have been working together and tweaking things for approximately a year now. He has gotten me to a point where I am comfortable and still working. He has made my visits affordable being that I have no insurance. His staff is friendly and accommodating. The one gentleman has spoken of the wait time in his office and it does get extensive at times. I have that at almost every office in the medical and dental field. It is what it is. Shit happens. Some visits can become involved and take longer than expected and throw a wrench in the grinder. They do their best. If you live long enough, you will have a robot that will have no sympathy or understanding. You my be in and out, but it will hope your out forever. read more

Do NOT use this Dr. for PA state certification. They will TAKE your money and FAIL to contact state. I called this office because Dr. Cantor was listed as a physician with the PA Medical Marijuana Board. The office laid out their requirements which I met - I went in and my meeting was not even with the Dr. It was with someone not even listed on their website, Lisa Brenner, but she said she would leave the paperwork for the doctor. They changed me $100 as agreed, but then did not upload my certification to the state of PA. The office is now trying to tell me that I do not meet the requirements, which is not true. They have completely ignored the paperwork I left them and when I sent them a letter outlining the issue, they responded that they maintain that they can take the money and not uploaded the necessary paperwork if THEY deem you are unqualified. So basically he's a crook. read more
