I see Dr. Megan Belamorich here for my primary care doctor, she is the best doctor I've ever had. I've been with her for over five years and I have a ton of health problems, I have chronic illness. Every time I see her she is very empathetic and I've often had to write her via our patient portal for all kinds of different things, she is extremely responsive and always helps me no matter what my issue is. I had a problem, which concerned me, and went to Christine Myers early walk in and saw a PA. The PA understood my concerns, at least I thought she did. She scheduled blood tests and said she would call me with the results. I received blood test results via internet and noted multiple liver, kidney and glucose results were OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE. Plus all FOUR of the abnormal blood results MATCHED MY CONCERNING SYMPTOMS. I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. It's a sad day when your doctor doesn't give you a chance to answer questions concerning four abnormalities in my blood test results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHRISTINE MYERS ASSOC. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Christine Meyer, (CMMD), located in Exton, PA for 12 or 13 years now and have fully trusted the judgement of this practice. They have always responded to me when I'm sick and have met my medical needs. During the Pandemic years, communication was difficult, however having worked in the medical field myself for 35 years, every practice was stressed. I have been going to Dr. Meyer for 19 years now. Dr. Meyer and staff are like family to me (and they actually earned it!) Dr. Meyer literally did SAVE my life by diagnosing my kidney tumor & cancer from some extremely subtle indicators. I am 100% cancer free! I said this before but worth reiterating; my cancer doctor said that it was 'Divine intervention' finding this cancer so early - I think it was Dr. Meyer !! Dr. Meyer and staff skillfully manage interactions with my neurologist (MS now for 35 years), my oncologist (renal cancer tumor- kidney was removed 5 years ago), and my orthopedic doc (7 ankle surgeries so far). An innovative service she started is a TEXTING SERVICE (different than the Penn Med Patient Portal). I can text the service for appointments, changes and verifications. I consistently have the best medical experiences I've ever had here, which is the opposite of all my years before this being my PCP. I have seen Kate Harlow the most who is so good at what she does- extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and a great advocate. I have also seen Dr. McFadden and Anna Rose and they are also fantastic. Never made me feel silly or embarrassed, just listened and advocated for my health. I recommend this practice to everyone. The text line is also really helpful so you don't have to play phone tag to plan appointments. read more

So I just moved to this practice after 20 years with my doctor who just retired. I've been in Penn Medicine for 20 years and was worried about the pain of changing doctors and moving medical records. It was such a great surprise when I realized that I still have the same patient portal, with all my records easily available. What has struck me the most is the level of communication with the staff. My care team is easily accessible via the patient portal for questions and concerns. When ordering an additional test based on blood test results, I received a call explaining why the test was requested, what it was looking for, and not to worry :-) I'm really happy with the level of care that I'm receiving. read more

Ask yourself why they have a constant turnover .... Answer: narcissistic owner and toxic environment Are their Medical Assistants certified? Answer: some - not all. They give them quick training and call them Medical Assistants Are they honest with staff? Answer: No. They told staff that new hire was a Nurse - she was not licensed. They told no one (not even providers) that she was not licensed . They knew her past history with problems with mishandling of drugs - and they put her in charge of ordering medications Are they fair to their staff? Answer: No. They had staff vote on whether to keep a fellow staff member (not me) and were given a gift card for voting. They also had secret meetings with some of the worst employees to try to rescind making a person manager (me) but didn't give them the opportunity to tell the other side of the story and didn't ask their supervisor their opinion - all during the time that the employee's mother was on hospice and dying. Majority of those employees were all fired or left on their own volition. read more

This practice only cares about money , don't want to talk about any health issues when your there for an annual physical. Per Medicare this is not acceptable practice.The staff miss diagnosed and wound up in the emergency room at Chester county hospital. read more

I do not recommend this practice. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office. They are NOT patient centered. I was experiencing symptoms which turned out needed to be treated immediately, and I was treated with passive aggressive comments by the patient care coordinator. Luckily, I received treatment at an urgent care and would not recommend anyone to this practice. Its unfortunately based around $$ and not the care of patients. read more

My 18-year-old daughter had an appointment during the height of Covid. She got to the office 10 minutes early but the office door was locked. She rang the bell repeatedly, waiting outside in the cold until someone finally noticed her and let her in. Then she got chewed out by the doctor for arriving late to her appointment. Being young, she really didn't stand up for herself the way she should have. So I'm doing it for her. read more

My doctor retired a few years ago. After seeing her for over twenty-five years I was very stressed about finding a new doctor. I put off finding a new practice for over a year, but decided to try CMMD, as my daughter goes there. I have been more than happy with the practice and the doctors there. I am usually pretty health, but this past fall I got COVID and the flu and they responded quickly to my calls. I saw Dr. McFadden recently and she was both knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel this practice does a good job returning my calls. I especially like their text system. I have had a great experience with this practice. I would recommend it to anyone. read more

I have been with this practice for ten years and just recently needed them for more than a physical. THIS DOCTOR IS HORRIBLE. I went into their office telling them I felt like I was going to stroke out and die and they sent me home. Ignored my calls and never called me back. I went to the hospital and they told me to follow up with my primary, which I did and was told they didnt see anything that would warrant STAT testing. 2 days after I left their office I had a stroke. I am 42 yrs old, 42! I went to their office pleading with them and not only did I not get the care I deserved but also never even got a phone call back. I hope to get the word out on this practice as malpractice is a crime. Had they taken me seriously I might not be in the position I am today read more

This establishment is the embodiment of the worst of American healthcare. They're getting rich off overworking their staff to the point where patient care and customer service suffers. Don't dare suggest that you were unhappy in any way or they will make up an egregious story about you and throw you out of their practice, even if you've been there for years. Christine Meyer, MD and Associates is a wonderful primary care practice that I highly recommend without hesitation. One of my favorite things about this practice is their attention to all my concerns, no matter how minor. They listen and take action immediately to provide the best level of treatment. When necessary, I have received referrals to other physicians that have also been excellent. They always return calls, are extremely polite and accommodating in all situations. Unreal. My dog ate an entire bottle of prescription medication that I need for my autoimmune disease. I've been calling and leaving messages for over a week now to get a refill. I've repeated my number clearly and asked for them to check it in their records to be sure they have it recorded properly, thinking that that may be the reason I'm not receiving return phone calls, but still nothing. I'm obviously looking for a new dr, but that takes time. My husband leaves tomorrow for a 2 week business trip overseas and I'm at home alone with young kids and no prescription medication. It's surreal. I feel like I'm in an episode of the twilight zone. I'm not sure what in the world is going on bc it's beyond all comprehension. read more

Everyone that I've seen from this practice, including the nurses that take you back to your exam room, has been wonderful and caring. The office is beautiful and comforting with an area for coffee, and beautiful running water sign, and soft but upbeat music playing. I'm really frustrated with this practice. I don't have really high expectations for a doctor's office, but I do expect returned phone calls, to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, and to be notified of appointment changes. I've gone to this practice for 5 years and have met with a doctor....twice. For my physical, I wanted to see one of the doctors to discuss health concerns. I called in November and there was not an appointment with a doctor open until mid-March, so I scheduled it. Two weeks before the appointment, the office called to say the doctor I planned to see is no longer available at that time, so I changed my schedule to see her when she was available. Then, on the day of the appointment, I was surprised to hear I was seeing the PA instead of the doctor I scheduled with MONTHS earlier. I've also left messages for different reasons over the past year and never received a returned call. I would not recommend this practice. They're way too busy to pay close attention to patient care. read more
