Is it possible to fall in luv with a bathroom fixture? Specifically a tap? I think it is! This is what happens every time I go in here. row after row of bathroom fixtures, sinks, tubs, and showers. In every possible style, shape and colour. My FAVORITE thing is the shower room, OK minds out of the gutter folks, they have this room set up with all of their best nozzles and shower gadgets that allow you to test them out and to see them live or in action and to imagine what they would be like in your home. Overpriced and product that doesn't measure up. We got all of our bathroom taps, faucets, sinks, bathtubs etc as well as kitchen sink and faucet from them. I'm not impressed with the quality at all. I will never shop here again. Poor customer service. read more

If you have to ask how much something is...chances are you can't afford it...and I can't afford anything at Cantu..although I hope that someday I will... There are no price tags in sight in this ultra high end bathroom fixtures shop...and it really doesn't matter that I can't afford any of it because looking is still quite satisfying... They carry a wide variety of beautiful modern tubs, sinks, faucets, showers and so on....I never thought I would EVER look at a toilet and say "God that's a gorgeous toilet"...but I have...don't think that's possible?? Yes.. they have an amazing array of products from some exceptional manufactures however..... Customer service is atrocious! Can't seem to get anyone to call me back on a status update on delivery times , when they do call back with promises of an update they don't ...and the entire process starts over again.... Beautiful selection of kitchen , bathroom, and hardware items; however, I am going to have to give them one star for their attitude. My husband and I are building a house on Vancouver Island and went over to the mainland last Saturday specifically to look Cantu. I was looking at a vanity which my husband and I quite liked. I asked a sales associate how much it was? His response was "Italian and very expensive" and left it at that. I was pretty shocked and insulted with his answer. Note to Cantu: I know your price point so if I am over visiting your store, I can afford it. The sales associates dismissive behaviour was not appreciated. I will not be buying anything ever from your store. read more

Excellent showroom with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Cantu has a unique selection of product lines and styles in a broad range of price points (I used to think they were super high end but they have well-made products that are also very accessible). I particularly love the wet zone where you can check out all the shower fixtures in action. Given the amount of time it can take to choose fixtures, I'd recommend making an appointment so a salesperson so they can give you their undivided attention and help you find items that match your budget, style and functional needs. read more

Cantu has a beautiful showroom, with a vast array of items on display. I don't agree with the statement somebody else made that, if you have to ask about the price, you cannot afford it. Just because you can afford something, doesn't mean you want to spend a mystery amount on it. Also, if they catered to the ultra-rich (which we do not fall into by a long shot), shouldn't one expect exceptional customer service? Instead service is virtually non-existent. We had a list of items that we wanted quoted for a budget quote of a new construction home. We never received a quote. It also seems impossible to get anyone in the store to assist you. They are far too busy doing nothing. read more

Cantu has an impressive, beautiful showroom. Some of the staff is helpful but overall nowhere near as efficient or knowledgable as the great ladies who work at Splashes Richmond. We've visited several times inquiring about order delivery times and prices and were shocked at the difference in customer service here. Oh and be very careful ordering some of the very high end fixtures sold here. Price does not translate to quality or availablity of replacement parts. read more

We bought our kitchen faucet here 10 years ago. When the nozzle started leaking I called the store and although I could not provide a receipt, they search their records and found the invoice, and within a couple of weeks we had a new nozzle. Great customer service! read more

Agree with Kreag's comments on the price point. That said, they have an annual two day sale that is really, really good- 40-80% off good. So, if there's something ridiculously high end you absolutely must have, and you can wait a year for it, that's a option too. read more

This place is amazing. When you visit, make sure you have lots of time to wander the showroom. Their displays actually work and its a lot of fun to test out the products. Their sales staff was very helpful. We found everything we were looking for and now our bathroom remodel looks amazing thanks to Cantu. Choosing our fixtures at Cantu was definitely one of the best experiences we had in a showroom and they have an amazing selection. If you don't find it at Cantu, it probably doesn't exist. read more

CANTU on Ontario Street south of Marine Drive, Vancover BC Cantu has mammoth showroom and very informed and friendly staff. Make an appointment and you will get the royal treatment. There is an astounding array of taps, showers, drain covers, vanities, electric mirrors, sinks and even tiles. Cantu has small rooms set up so that you can see how an entire collections looks when all together. Today, Mei helped me and I feel so much better as she helped me to narrow things down. Go there first! Re prices, the sales staff will tell you or you can send an email to enquire. This is high end product; but if you are looking at things like this you may have a designer and perhaps they get a discount that could be passed on to you. At any rate, go and look. A coffee station would be a nice touch for customers. read more

We had the pleasure of shopping at Cantu to look for ideas for our recent bathroom renovation which was taking place on our home on a small island - so we had no room for error in shipping the parts and choosing the right pieces. We worked with Donna and she was incredibly helpful in offering us not only design ideas/suggestions but was so knowledgable about the product information and ensured we had thought of absolutely everything that we would require to make our dream bathroom. We are thrilled with the products we chose, but were so impressed with the prompt quotes, detailed itemized lists of items we would require, and her pleasant and professional customer service.
