Communication was great - quick e-mails, always available on the phone (never on hold), they have a great showroom opened on Saturdays, which was very convenient. The price was about twice cheaper than other places quoted us, installation was quick and very professional, done very quickly (it took a guy about 2 hours to remove old fireplace and install a new one).He even managed to remove only 1 ceramic tile above this fireplace, so we don't need to replace all tiles, just to put back this one. They also arranged a visit of Richmond City inspector (included in the total price) the next week after installation. And we were not charged until the work had been finished. All in all we were very happy and can highly recommend this place.

She asked us if we used a physical card for LD Extra, and she said it was good that we did not use a physical card for LD Extra because some people do that. We were surprised to hear that because there is not a points card for LD; the staff and the machines usually ask for our phone number. She was confusing and did not know about the rewards program. If she was helpful, she could have checked that machine before she questioned us. This is not the first time that the self check-out machines wasted our time; the self check-out machines at this LD always had problems (e.g. it showed 'Call for attendant' when we did not press the button; it did not go to the next screen after we pressed a button on the screen (it just kept spinning)) and there is always no staff available at the self check-out area for assistance.

They have a lot of the more "professional grade" stuff for when Home Depot doesn't cut it. These guys are also the exclusive suppliers for certain brands, so in may cases one will end up here. Staff were friendly and super helpful. They were able to locate the part I was looking for, and had it ready for pickup when I showed up. No complaints. I'd definitely come back in the future.

The line up for this promotion was very long circling all the way around to the stairs but they managed it well. We opted for three items: the meatballs, the falafel balls and the cod balls. The presentation of each was great, especially the falafel balls and couscous. I was not a fan of the cod balls. The star of the meals was the falafel...tasted great with the couscous and garlic aioli. It was a positive food experience.

They are 47 pounds each. I only weigh 100 they text you first thing in the morning to let you know when their ETA is. They call you 10 minutes before arrival and you can even talk to them and ask them to leave it somewhere specific for $39 delivery for IKEA family membership, which is free. IKEA delivery by a real person, communication is real not bots, they even called to ask where I'd like the boxes put since I told them no one was home. Back of house. Kyle said "if everyone comes back to us with the same issue then we'll be broke." So you're saying you have quality issue and that it's my fault for being unlucky to have received a defective one. So I was unlucky for having to take a day off work just to wait for my delivery for nothing and thats my own fault for not realizing that you have bad quality of handling products and that this happens often according to Kyle the store manager at Richmond. It should be the manager's responsibility for ensuring the product is in good condition before sending to the customer. why dont you fix your quality control instead by ensuring the product is good at the warehouse before delivering it to the customer and not having to arrive at my place before unboxing and realizing that its dented and then telling me that my product will be delayed. how is this fair for me or any other customers dealing with this?

I was very delighted when I discovered the shop at Aberdeen Centre, with the same spread and even some high end items in the back. Awesome! I have quite a collection from this store. Mostly bowls of all sorts, different diameters, depths, and slope of walls that I use for salads, ramen, pasta, and serving bowls. I also have (too many) of their boxed small condiment bowls that I use for the dining table and for soaps and trinkets. They are so pretty with high quality glazes. I have an affinity for girly colors, which unfortunately, that selection is limited. The normal colors are blue with whites and dark shades, according to the sales lady. If they have a wider color palate, this would be a 5 stars experience for sure. They do have a couple that have pink cherry blossoms and/or bunnies. There's nothing like eating your meal from dishes that make you smile. I highly recommend this store. :) Check out the pieces in the back wall behind glass. They are for sale with prices to match the behind glass status. An exception is a few piggy-banks that are not piggy shape. Those would make nice gifts.
