Kim, the property manager, is a miserable, heartless and a complete bully/ B*tch. Reported them for discrimination and, to the better business bureau. Raised the rent by hundreds in less than 2yrs and the place still looked like a time capsule. There were zero upgrades, even after asking. There was no in unit washer/ dryer, for that price increase. And, god forbid you're ever late. My friend had a hard time paying on time, during covid, when everyone was struggling. She was given a vacate notice and was Kim was ready to kick her and her then toddler out, after living and paying rent on time for 4 years. ZERO compassion was extended. "IF" you are fortunate enough for Maria take or return your phone calls, you will be met with disdain and impatience, as she makes you feel like you are intruding on her time. She never stepped foot into my property until the bitter end when it was too late, and tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damage had already been done. Then she had the gall to insist the ridiculous amount of damage was "normal wear and tear" (normal wear and tear does not cost $40K and 2 months to fix). M-T also did not take any move-in pictures, which I consider malpractice in this profession. She did not look out for our best interests and consistently appeared to be pro-tenant. The cherry on top was M-T's slow walking the transfer of docs, reports, photos, accounting, keys and overall responsibility to our new property manager. If you want someone to just collect your rent and to treat you like you're an imposition, Maria is your go-to person. Otherwise, I believe property owners should run from this company and go elsewhere...you should expect better than having to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder who doesn't even perform their most basic responsibilities.

I will highly recommend no one goes through this agency as they are crooks and so rude. I attempted to rent through them multiple times and they kept all my application fees along (even though they were screening others) which might I add is ILLEGAL! Please do yourself a favor and never rent from them. Also to add I had 2 other property management companies tell me to steer clear of Call Realty for this exact reason as they hear awful things from their tenants... We asked for an extended closing and he insisted the buyer didn't want that, come to find out he never even asked them and they said we could have actually stayed a month longer as they didn't move in until a month after closing! That caused us to have to leave a lot of our belongings in the home because we didn't have time or help to remove the heavy items. It was nothing but one lie after another, closing was held up another day because he tried ripping us off in the numbers, he offered a home warranty then tried charging us 500 bucks for it so we refused to sign till that was fixed and he refused to answer his phone for the closing company. We sent a complaint to his broker and evidently he didn't care either because he didn't bother responding, I could never in good faith recommend Windermere for purchasing, selling or renting!
