I have used them on several occasions without a hitch. The last time they placed the picture on a dirty scanner and it had weird squiggly markings on the photo. They insisted it was my picture. I left and went to another print shop and there were no weird markings when they scanned. I really liked them prior to that, and if they're ever used again hope that it's a better experience. read more

I came here to get posters and some pictures printed and I will never come back. I got posters printed and ended up having scratches and splotches on them. Plus the graphics didn't seem to align right on the sheets, everything had an outline around it. When I said something about it, the response was "Those happen to every print, that's expected." To which he proceeded to take out a black sharpie and start to draw in the black areas of my work, which of course looked super visually noticeable. I tried to make it obvious that I wasn't happy with the prints without being pushy or mean - didn't want to be a Karen - and they wouldn't even offer to reprint to fix the problems I wanted addressed. Aside from that, the shop is a mess and super unorganized. When I wanted simple tasks done to my photos - such as resizing - he said he couldn't do that. You'd think a print shop would be good at printing, but this one is lacking and I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. As for the price, printing was $2.50 a sheet when I provided the paper. I don't think it's a good deal for what you get - it would be a different story if their price matched the product and service. read more

Today I found myself heading to Kinkos to get some art printed. As I was driving there I was already dreading my visit because EVERY SINGLE time I have gone there I had left irritated. The staff stinks & the copies are expensive. And, it takes so damn long! On to Econoprint...so while making my way down Colorado I noticed Econoprint's signs and I quickly parked. Once I was inside I was greeted by a few guys & eventually I was helped by Paul. He was awesome and listened to what I needed and within 5 mins or so I was out of there. The quality of the work was great & the price was far less expensive than Kinkos. I was seriously thinking that Paul was kidding with me when he mentioned the amount I owed. He has no clue what customer service is and CONSTANTLY got my orders wrong. He would email me when he was off work/after hours 10pm late at night to instruct me how to submit my files?! I have gone to econoprint twice. Once for my baby shower invites & 2 weeks ago for my sons first birthday invites and I can't describe how amazing they came out. They are definitely not your average type of invites. The paper is stiff & thick not like some paper other stores use for invites. When I saw them, I was so impressed. & the price can't be beat. Affordable and you honestly get more for what you paid for. Staff is extremely nice & they won't take your money until they make sure your satisfied.
