I believe it was Billy who is to the right side of the counter who hooked into the "computer" and said it could be two issues one of which was the Catalytic Converter but was told the first available time he could diagnose it correctly was (4) days later. So it was diagnosed as the converter being the problem and affected a sensor also. It has been only three weeks since the Catalytic Converter was installed and will update if the same problem exist again. I like their personable attitude towards their customer and that is why the shop is full of vehicles and the wait to repair maybe as long as two days wait.
