He gave me a free estimate on how much it was gonna cost with every detail. He kept me up to date with when the car will be finished. He even changed my license plate covers. I had such a great experience bringing my car here! My neighbor had hit me and left a hole and huge dent in my bumper. I was really upset about it, my car is the nicest thing I own and there was no body damage at all. I talked to insurance and took it into Mikes. Mike was really helpful and walked me through the whole process. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and was told I could pick it up the following Tuesday. Friday morning, all of a day and a half later, Mike calls me and tells me my car is ready! I just picked it up and he did such a beautiful job, it's like I have a brand new bumper! Mike restored my Prius to it's 2013 splendor! He also liked my dog, who came with me every time we met. He is a dog person. If that isn't enough for some people, I have to say he did a GREAT JOB on my car, too. I had to pay out of pocket because of an insurance...problem. Mike was conscious of my financial situation, and checked with me before doing the most expensive repairs. He took losses on some of his profits so my car could be repaired. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg to store the car when it was done but I didn't have the money to pay for it yet. So I am left to ask, are there actually GOOD PEOPLE working in Auto-body repair? This should be your first stop after experiencing an accident or other unfortunate damage to your car. Mike's is a truly spectacular auto body experience, and your car will thank you for it! I got into a small accident a few weeks before I was to move out of state. In a panic, I rushed to Mike's Auto Body and asked him for an estimate of cost and time it would take to complete the work. He gave me a well-explained cost and offered to get to work on my car that very day. The car was done and returned to me in perfect condition a day before he promised it, and I was able to move with no problem. What more could you possible ask for? I would give a million stars if I could. My story: Over the holidays my car was hit while parked at a friend's house two states away. The damage wasn't too bad. Just a new front fender and some minor repairs all the way to the rear fender. I'm fairly new to town so I looked up some auto body shop reviews and took my car to Mike's Auto Body and Paint. I am so beyond happy that I did. I've worked in customer service for a long time, and for me to say that the customer service was INCREDIBLE is a big deal. The work done on my car also went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! Excellent customer service: After a few weeks of me getting no reply from the at fault's insurance company, I was irritated to say the least. Mike said I could give him the information and he would help me get the repairs going. He really put the pressure on them to get the claim processed and within about a week my car was in the shop getting fixed! I was so happy to have his help trying to get through to the insurance company. It probably would have been another month if left up to me. Above and Beyond: There were two things that they fixed that I did not expect. One was a small dent above the passenger door and the other was my driver's side door lock. I had put off fixing the lock since someone told me I needed to replace the lock cylinder. That part cost over $200! He called me up and said he noticed the lock wasn't working and since they had the door ripped apart he took the lock down to Joe's Lock and Key to see if they could fix it. The lock was fixed for $25. I was thrilled! I can now use my key in the door and when you don't have power locks this is really awesome! The take away: Go to Mike's Auto Body and Paint to get excellent customer service and amazing results! You will not be disappointed. read more

I asked Mike if he could help me with a project that was NOT car related and got AMAZING results. I have a spun fiberglass out door table and chair set that I have had for over 23 years and love. It had become chipped and worn. I found out it would cost me over $1400 to replace it. I called Mike, picked a color and the results were beautiful (pictures to follow!)!! I saved over $1000.00 and got a really professional result. In fact it was so good, I am having Mike paint the metal outdoor shades that are over my windows in June when I paint the house. After a horrible experience at another auto body shop, I took my beloved yet damaged 1998 Corolla to Mike's Auto Body and Paint. Where do I begin to describe the SUPERB service I received at Mile's Auto Body? Mike took the time to listen to my concerns, showed me what he would do to repair my car, gave me a tour of his shop and gave me a written quote on the spot (which was $1000.00 less than the other auto body shop). Mike said he could begin repairs on my car immediately and have my car repaired within a week. True to his word, my car was repaired and better than new within a week! Mike's shop is large, clean and his employees are pleasant and friendly. If your vehicle is ever need of repair, take it to Mike's Auto Body and Paint. My truck was on the receiving end of a hit and run, so... Police report filed, check. Insurance claim with MY insurance company, check. Can we all say Deductible? Cha Ching! Thanks again for taking off jerk. My insurance seems to think the whole thing is my fault, after all how dare I park my truck in a parking lot. Sheesh! Then I called Mike's based on a friend's recommendation. Ta da! Like magic it didn't all suck quite so much. Dealing with Mike was the easiest part of this entire mess! He made sure the entire side of the truck box got replaced, answered all of my questions and took good care of my baby by making necessary repairs and... 1. Made sure the spray in bed liner (just a few months old) was as good as new. 2. Ensured the truck bed went back on the truck straight and centered. In fact the gap between bed and cab looks more even than before. 3. Painted the truck bed bolts! Yes! What?! I know... but really he did. Let me explain this last one. When I had the spray in bed liner installed the bolts were rusty, the bed liner company said the paint wouldn't stick because of the rust and that new ones were unreasonable expensive. Mike didn't like the way they looked against that nice new bed liner, each bolt was sanded and painted! Honestly, they sanded them to remove the rust then painted each one. My truck looks better post hit and run than it did going in. The shop is spacious, clean, and secure. I wasn't at all concerned leaving my truck for the week. Mike and his employees were friendly, helpful, and understanding of my concerns. I know I already said it but it's worth repeating, "My truck looks better post hit and run than it did going in". I was recently rear ended in a car accident at 35 miles an hour. My car was beat up and I was nervous dealing with the other persons insurance as they had to assess my car and everything. I took my car to Mike's auto body shop and he was fantastic. He helped me with the other insurance as well as making sure I was taken care of. Because of Mike's help a stressful situation was quite the opposite. I felt like I had someone on my side who made sure that my car and myself were taken care of. Worst experience ever! I wanted to use local business but did not know anyone who had recent work done. Relied on reviews which is why I am writing this. The work quoted went up 2nd time I got a quote for no reason. Still went with it. Didn't go through insurance so there was an additional 3% fee for paying with credit card. Car is two ears old- minor damage to right fender- everything fine when I left it, When I got it back there were several electrical warnings. Mike said he couldn't take care of the problem even though I brought the car in with no electrical problems. We ended up getting in a fight in his parking lot because he wanted me to thank him for paying his friends for fixing electrical problems his painters created. In the meantime I had to hear about problems in his personal life every time I talked to him. He is completely unprofessional. Today I noticed paint drippings around the simple repair I went in for. Horrible paint job. Every problem that could happen did. There is dust in the paint. There are large sags in my hood (waves in the paint). Painted over my clear bra on my bumpers that was supposed to be removed. There are fisheyes in the paint and a few solvent pops as well. Nice guy, extremely disappointed. Tried to remedy the problem, but no fix. I have just discovered the paint over my clear bra and that is what is prompting my review. read more

I got rear-ended in my brand new car. Since i was fairly new to the area i went online looking for a repair shop with good reviews and of course, Mikes stood out! From the moment i arrived at Mikes shop things were flawless and hassle free for me. Mike himself was the one to discuss things with me and went above and beyond to help me understand the coding that was listed on the insurance estimate. He also made sure to point out to me that the insurance company was trying to replace my bumper with an after market one (cheap crappy quality) and explained that it might look different than my current one. This obviously was not something i was aware of or OK with, so i was super glad Mike informed me of it. Once my car went into the shop it was done much faster than Mikes initial time estimate and came out looking better than the day i drove it off of the car lot! Mike even buffed out some paint scrapes that were on my car that were completely unrelated to my accident that brought me there in the first place! The work looks flawless and the paint job is a 100% PERFECT match to my car. I am so pleased i took my car to Mikes shop for repair and would recommend him to anyone!
