I'm in Sedona, Arizona for a couple of days. Actually started in Phoenix for some business and then headed here for a few days of R & R. Yes Mrs. E is with me and it seems every time I go to a nice place like this she comes for a short vacation, however, lately it seemed like every time she comes she would end up sick and we'd spend a day at an Urgent Care Facility. I was able to schedule a last minute, same day appointment with Dr. Olson to treat a lower back pain flare up I was dealing with. He was very nice and had good information to share as well! I was feeling much better by the end of the visit. He recommended to keep moving for the day so we went to Tlaquepaque which is nearby and wandered around for a while. By the end of our walk I was feeling that most of the pain and stiffness was gone and had almost entirely resolved itself by the end of the night.
