I spent a week recently in the Sedona area on my travels and was experiencing excruciating pain in my right (dominant hand) wrist area that was getting progressively worse. Wanted relief and found Adam (on-line search) and received just one treatment that helped TREMENDOUSLY! (I was going to hold off on this review until I experienced more recovery but was too pleased to wait). He was further able to determine the root-cause of on-going inflammation that I intuitively knew was a growing/debilitating issue for me. I was even in the emergency room before strarting our month-long trip... and took the antibiotics the Dr. prescribed to hopefully help what he "guessed" my sharp back/right groin area pains were (reaffirmed my belief that "western medicine" is sometimes deficient in root-cause analysis). For the last 27 yrs.I have had chronic pain in my neck that effected the way I felt and how clearly I could think. The arthritis only got worse as I aged. A couple times a month I would wake up with level 10 pain in my neck which would cause me to throw up many times. I would start to get relief by late afternoon. A yr. ago I couldn't sleep at night because both of my arms would go totally numb. I would get out of bed and try to sleep sitting up. I looked into surgery from two different Dr's. I have been receiving treatment from Adam for 6 weeks. A mixture of acupuncture and diet change to address intestinal and general inflammation, fatigue, and shut down of my Chi. The results have been fascinating...I can feel my body beginning to wake up energetically as I release repressed emotions I have been carrying because of a naive perspective that I could "handle this" or "just accept what is". Meeting Adam was BY FAR better than ANY "doctor's appointment" I've ever experienced!!! Unlike your typical Medical Professional (a lot of the time, at least...in my humble opinion...), I felt like he truly LISTENED to each and every health issue I chose to share with him. Adam is a pure gem in the profession of acupuncture. I've had numerous acupuncture treatments over several decades and have never been treated so well and thoroughly. I was having digestion and hormonal issues that wouldn't resolve themselves having recently turned 57. I've also been feeling tired and restless. I was surprised that Adam gave me such an in depth reading surprisingly accurate, I feel, about where my issues are stemming from. He is patient and caring and his treatment is reflected in this. Adam is amazing at what he does. I went into his office suffering greatly from deep injuries in my neck, shoulders, back, and hands that I got from a bad car accident. Chiropractors and massage therapist weren't doing it for me, so I went to acupuncture. The reviews on his practice were spot on. I give the highest review for Adam because he is successfully helping me resolve my vertigo issues. I have been dizzy every minute for 4 months and most days couldn't move or function.
