so I'm young and I was thirsty it was like 12:00 AM and I want my favorite drink, Arizona. so I see the liquor store and I walk in. IMMADIENTLY while im a normal kid with my friend they say "we don't want no trouble" as if were gangsters? we barely walked in so I go to the refrigerators to find the drink since my friends earlier had an arizona so I knew they had them. I'm opening the fridges just looking for Arizona and I'm immadiently asked to leave? and they said "we know what you guys are trying to do" as if were trying to get alchohol? I tried explaining saying "oh no I just wanted an arizona not beer" and they immadiently told us to leave so we just left. once we're out the store they yell to us "GO HOME TO YOUR MOMMY!" like bro we didn't do anything? very angry old man at the front btw read more

I have lived down the street from Canyon Crest Liquor for several years now and they are like family to me. It's a small town feel in a big city which is nice. They take care of their customers and are always cheery and helpful. They recently remodeled and it looks beautiful inside. If I could do zero stars I would. Last year my wife and I witnessed an elderly woman slip on a very wet floor and the two men there ignored her. We picked her up and my wife checked her for obvious injuries because she was a nurse. The guys running the place didn't help at all. Or apologize. We had to tell them to dry the floor. Today my young adult daughter stopped to make a small purchase because Stater's is so slow. She purchased cigarettes for her uncle. The older man there at about noon today looked at her license and asked if it was her. He even used hand gestures to say she was skinny in the picture and now she's fat. I don't care what her weight is. That's not an issue he needs to comment on. She came home in tears. Customer service? Fail. Completely. Avoid this place. Please. read more

I've been coming here for years and they never let me down. They've recently done some renovations and the place looks amazing ! They've even got a fountain soda machine now ! Love that they are only a block from my house, and I've got to pass it to get home anyways! They carry all sorts of things at pretty great prices and are open late on Weekends which is perfect for my late night gaming sessions ! read more

NOT WORTH ONE STAR VERY SHADDY PLACE!!! This place is out of control!! I sent my husband in to purchase a 6 pack of shock top beer instead of going to starters, well $12 later, YES $12!! I went right back in after he walked out of the door for a whole 10 secs to tell me the price on the beer he just spent and so I asked for a refund. The guy refused (even after trying to compromise with him and just do and exchange for another beer or different item all together) and he said I could come back in between 8-12in the morning when the boss is there. I've never seen anyone else but the same guy work there, I was so pissed. Needless to say I would rather stand in line for an hour somewhere else then shop at this liquor store! Also on several different occasions I've had this same cashier charge me and my husband and couple others I know a dollar or even more for the same item. Please, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! read more
