They actually care about you and make what would normally be a terribly uncomfortable experience one that I am singing praises over. First, the practice lost my original impressions. For the exorbitant price of the attacment snap on system the prostetics produced were too bulky and do not work as expectred. I asked for a partial refund. It was denied. They called the lab tech at no avail. It took many visits for something that should of been done right on the first one.
