We would just pay it. Then we started looking at our insurance and some of the things we were getting charged for just did not make sense. They also did not add up to the bills that we were paying out-of-pocket to the office. The office doesn't send a breakdown of the fees and what they are charging for. It is just a total amount on a paper. We got charged for something when I looked back on it and the insurance denied it because it said that there was no previous history to why why they did the work they did? So wouldn't they then find a way to show that that work was needed instead of charging us out-of-pocket for it doesn't really make sense to me. It doesn't add up. If you are someone who has the time to check over every bill and every fee they're charging then that might be the right Dentist for you, but if you don't have the time to do those things I would steer clear.

He was very vocal about delivering his opinion in an open area with other patients and made me feel terrible. All he did was refer me to a periodontist. I have since found out I have an autoimmune disease which causes inflammation and blisters of the gums. I would think a dentist would know the difference between a disease and gingivitis!! I have since found a caring dentist who knew exactly what was happening and I am being treated with respect and compassion.

She makes you feel as though you are in an assembly line. She talks so fast and seems to get offended if a procedure is painful or you ask to have instructions repeated because you just had, what seemed like, major oral surgery. Worst experience in my life. I had some X-ray done on my teeth and it showed I had an abscessed tooth which I already knew. After numbing me up real good the so called dentist pulled the wrong tooth and was going to send me on my way. After communicating with him the mistake he was going to put me off for a couple of weeks. I was desperate and wasn't going for it so the so called dentist (Workman) agreed to pull the correct one (excruciating pain) so all was well except I guess the loss of a perfectly good tooth. (Sarcasm) So I figured they would make it right in the follow up visit. Well the follow up visit was just a consultation+ they wanted a $1000.00 retainer I guess you would call it. I still had in mind affordable/ not! Come to find out it was a $50,000 job they wanted to do. I told them that wasn't going to happen and they re- worked there figures and came up with $30,000. I was going to go ahead until I did some homework and found out they were way overcharging for what they were going to do. When I tried to back out they kept my $1000 and good tooth they pulled. I feel I should get a refund and the lose of a perfectly good tooth. I am considering legal action and would just hope they would do what is right and refund my $1000 + $500 or so for the lose of my good tooth and and the money they charged me for mistakenly pulling it. My wife and son had gone to them a year before and they were in network. When I called to see what had happened I was told that they no longer accepted that insurance, but when I asked why I wasn't told that when I went in the response was "yeah we should have checked that. Sorry for the inconvenience." As I continued to try and see if there was something we could do due to the mistake on their end all I ever got in response was "sorry for the mistake." First, the practice lost my original impressions. For the exorbitant price of the attacment snap on system the prostetics produced were too bulky and do not work as expectred. I asked for a partial refund. It was denied. They called the lab tech at no avail. It took many visits for something that should of been done right on the first one.
