Possibly a great dentist but take your money and see a trained professional with your Botox. Went twice and both times there was no improvement on lines around my eyes. I shouldn't have gone back the first time. I was then offered a special if I bought 30 units I would get 10.. this was at 13.99 per unit. The other special was 9.99 per unit. I was not thinking and heard the word free!! So basically I paid 9.99 for 40 units but could only get 30, Felt like they just wanted me to come back and keep spending. Not sure I would have ever got the 10 free!! I checked and this offer...buy 30 units and get 10 free was bring offered at all providers that provide Botox. I absolutely love the staff at Red Cliffs dental! All of the women are very sweet! They always greet you with a smile! Dr. Olson is not only compassionate, fun and easy to talk to, he is also very knowledgeable and has a light touch. He not hurt me at all. I went to their office for Botox treatments as well as filler. His knowledge of the facial structure, muscles and anatomy in general make him an ideal candidate to do this type of service. It's better than any work I've ever received by an aesthetician. I put my husband through dental school and then helped him build a very successful practice in California! So I am very familiar with dentistry, how it works and what it takes to make a truly good dentist and I feel like Kelly Olsen checks all the boxes. If I could give negative stars I would! My son Had his impacted wisdom teeth removed. My son is on the autism spectrum which was discussed at our consultation. We also talked about his aversion to needles and to keep them hidden from him and I would stay with him tell her was put to sleep. They day of the procedure an assistant came in and tossed them down in front of my son and kept talking about "the good drugs" when I asked her to move them she told me " he needs to get over it". I was then told I could not stay with him. My mistake was not taking him and walking out. I stupidly left the room and let them proceed. They sent us home with out pain meds and told me Tylenol and ibuprofen are best. When that didn't help I called and asked what else he could take. I was told they would talk to the dr and call me back. They NEVER called me back! Worst experience ever. read more

Nice office staff and is congenial dentist. He does perform procedures painlessly, What he charges in fees is far from painless! He charged me 3 times more for 2 crowns that I could have gotten elsewhere. The sad part is that the crowns I got were nothing but trouble. I have been successful in finding a new dentist which gives me real value for what is charged. read more

Dr Olsen has the right idea when it comes to his practice. He's seen me multiple times within a week just to make sure I was satisfied. Depending on what your getting done the experience over all is good. Crystal helped me while during the procedures and she really made things comfortable. The staff up front can't be replaced. Megan and Linda will walk you through everything with out you feeling like you don't understand the financing and procedures. Both of them have spent endless hours explaining how things work and very professional. In the past 18 months I have had extensive work done by Dr Olsen of Red Cliffs Dental, to the tune of $4000, out of pocket, as I have no insurance. Once I was through with the dental work I moved out of state. Shortly thereafter the problems began. I had inflamed gums, hyper temperature sensitivity and fairly severe tooth pain involved with a crown Dr Olsen did. I had xrays done locally and the result is that the crown needs to be replaced at a cost of $1400. The problems are clearly evident. There is a tangible ledge and an open pocket where food was being trapped. I got a second opinion and they agreed that the crown needed to be replaced. I contacted Red Cliffs Dental and I let them know about the problems and asked what they proposed to make this right. I was not seeking a full refund but I believed some financial assistance was not unreasonable. UPDATE....after several calls, emails and posts on Facebook, Dr Olsen of Red Cliffs Dental refused to help with the cost involved to correct the problems caused by the crown he installed. He suggested I fly back to Utah, at my expense, so he could repair the tooth. Not only is that inconvenient, for many reasons it was not possible. I find the suggestion ludicrous. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. If you are looking for a Dentist that stands behind his work and is accountable, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Please do not have dental implants done by this guy.I have given his office over $16,000.00 for implants and still have major problems . I'm in the process of dealing with a dentist that knows about implants. This so called specialist in implants, Dr. Olson didn't even put the post in my bone. No wonder they are falling out. Plus the dentures have to be remade as the top doesn't even line up to the center of my mouth. Please please don't waste your hard earn monies on this so called specialist. I would be embarrassed to recommend his service. He definitely needs a new profession. read more
