However, the next morning, they called to say they could get them to her before Mother's Day, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Then my mom sent me a photo of them, and I was just entirely impressed at how they exceeded my expectations. I honestly think they look better than the photo online. My in-laws live in Idaho, and it has been such a struggle to find a good florist that my mother-in-law enjoys. After endless searching, I finally stumbled upon Canyon floral. All of my interaction with them has been over the phone and they have been so very accommodating. My mother-in-law has been extremely happy with all of the arrangements that we have sent to her for Mother's Day, her birthday and their anniversary. We typically let them pick the arrangement, and usually my mother-in-law likes it. I can honestly say they are my go to florist, and I usually have them do all arrangements. I had already checked one other local florist whom I didn't order from because of high local delivery cost and "handling fee). Robin at Canyon Floral took my order. Very professional and assured me the flowers would be delivered today. The floral arrangement was delivered within an hour, and it was a beautiful arrangement. Having owned floral business as part of my business portfolio, I sent a birthday planted basket for a birthday from Canyon floral based on their reviews. I was completely disappointed with the value for dollars spent. 5 small plants in an inexpensive basket with a bow. The owners must be laughing all the way to the bank. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and I placed a phone order with this floral shop... Very friendly, made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I didn't see the arrangement in person but saw pictures. It was pretty but not what I had asked for exactly and for the cost I would've liked exactly what I asked for... I ordered my Mother's Day flowers here online and could not be happier with the service. I live out of state and the shop was nice enough to call and let me know that I had scheduled the delivery for the week before Mother's Day and make sure that was correct. A national chain would have simply collected my money and sent the flowers out. They easily corrected my mistake and make Mom happy on Mother's Day. She tells me the flowers were beautiful. Called from out of state to get some flowers for my wedding. Elizabeth was amazing. It was a small ceremony so I had waited till almost the last minute to arrange the flowers. She didn't give me any grief and the price was perfect. I described over the phone what I was looking for and she gave me some suggestions. We got into town right before and stopped in and she remembered who I was and showed me the flowers she had picked out and then talked about some ideas and was just very nice.
