FTD.com, where the order was placed, was extremely unhelpful. My husband changed the delivery to my place of work which allowed the flowers to be delivered the next day after having spent a day in a delivery van and the cooler at the store overnight. Quick fix to add a call to the recipient in case of none being home or at least a note on the door, isn't it?!
