We typically let them pick the arrangement, and usually my mother-in-law likes it. I can honestly say they are my go to florist, and I usually have them do all arrangements. Ordered a Haku, which they call flower crowns & one Daisy Lei. It turned out beautiful. Cost was way more than I expected to pay!! Lei was basic so was the flower crown. But then again being from Hawaii we see a lot of beautiful arrangements, leis and hakus. Overall, staff was friendly, shop was cute but in my opinion way overpriced! Delivery attempt "was made" with no phone call to confirm that someone would be home to receive, the flowers were not left on doorstep, and no note was left on the door for me to inquire. FTD.com, where the order was placed, was extremely unhelpful. My husband changed the delivery to my place of work which allowed the flowers to be delivered the next day after having spent a day in a delivery van and the cooler at the store overnight. Quick fix to add a call to the recipient in case of none being home or at least a note on the door, isn't it?!
