Jeremy was extremely efficient, pleasant and professional and he quickly diagnosed a cracked igniter. It was Jeremy's day off but he got a new part and then delivered it to Jeff who came by at the end of the day to install it. Service Pro's charges were reasonable (as they always have been) and their service was very efficient. This just confirms the wok Jeff did for us when we were renting our house out. My tenants said that he was always pleasant and professional and quickly made the required repairs to both the furnace and the water heater. My advice is to do business with a person who only does work specific to your needs. Those that expand their business to include many other aspects charge more.
