What I liked most was that Ryan always was very prompt in all communications and followed through with anything we talked about. His installers were very professional and courteous. They also were very thorough in explaining how to best use the system without any hiccups. We love the system so far but have not used the AC but the have used heaters which is a bonus if you don't want to heat your whole house but just one room. It is super quiet and does a great job!! I asked them to be careful driving around the back of our property because we have sprinkler heads, and they went above and beyond. They walked the entire area first, and while one drove the truck, the other walked alongside to make sure they didn't drive over any of our sprinklers. That level of care and attention really impressed us. They were professional, courteous, and left everything clean when they finished. Before they left, they took the time to thoroughly explain our new system and answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

Good communication for scheduling appt's and service tech arrivals at the job. Really bad at follow…read morethrough and fixing the problem. I had 2 heating zones in my home that were not heating. I met with James and he made it sound like an easy fix. Service techs (not James) showed up on time a couple days later and were very nice and respectful. They replaced 2 zone valves. One zone worked immediately. They could not get the other one to work. They told me to leave it on overnight and see if it would start up but it didn't. I called the office the next day and explained to the girl that it was still not working. She said she would talk to James and call me back that same day. I never heard from them again. Nothing! Also, when I called for the original appt. I asked the girl how they charged for service and she told me they charged $100 for the diagnosis but they would apply it to the charges if they did the work. They did not. They charged me $300 for two zone valve installations and added $100 on top of that. $400 total. Very expensive for 2 zone valves. I definitely would not recommend them!

Several days after the water tank started leaking more, Matt bumped us up on his schedule and checked in to make sure the leak wasn't getting worse. Our home is older, so each project had its own challenge. Matt was punctual, communicated clearly and cleaned up after the service was completed. Pricing was very fair.

I recently had him come out to repair a leaking toilet. It turned out to be a very minor job, took at most 5-10 mins. to do and he was already in the area at the time. After completion, he informed me his flat rate was $250 an hour but would reduce it to $125, which comes out to $25/minute. Gold Water now does not only plumbing, but heating and electrical. My advice is to do business with a person who only does work specific to your needs. Those that expand their business to include many other aspects charge more. For a person on SS, like me, it was sticker shock.

I called Solid Plumbing to schedule a repair of a small leak in the shutoff valve for the water…read moreline to the refrigerator. My wife met the service man and said he was done in less than an hour. The bill was $670. When I called to question the outrageous amount, I was told that they charge by the job, not by hourly rate. They said they would talk to the service man and get back to me. That never happened even after I left another message. The receipt also said the box he put in the wall was trimmed out. There was no trim of any kind and the service man had cut out more drywall and just left the piece sitting in the hole unattached. Now I have to patch the wall and trim it out myself. Obviously I am not pleased, and would not recommend Solid Plumbing to anyone.
