The doctors here are awesome and take such good care of you, but the administration is horrible. Sending me multiple bills for the same visit AFTER I paid IN PERSON.. Telling me that you get 30% off for same day payments, then immediately telling me that the bill won't be ready and to just wait for it in the mail so no I won't get 30% off. The administration is far from great. I had to get a drug test, and I made sure to go 2 and a half hours early to make sure I got it done before I had class right? Tell me why when I got there they told me I had to wait an hour because everyone went to lunch. Okay fine that is fine, everyone has to eat, I get it. I go to the store and kill some time. I come back, and a different lady tells me that the person who administers the drug tests is on lunch and that I have to wait another hour. Okay now this is getting a little ridiculous. I go and eat something, then I come back an hour later, they tell me I have to wait more for a room. I literally just need to pee in a cup, and be on my way. I did not need to waste 2 hours of my time. Urgent care is definitely not urgent. They do not prioritize any of their patients there. The receptionist was no friendly, helpful or welcoming. In fact as I was waiting she let out a huge sigh and moaned about how she didn't want to do her job. NOT professional at all. I do not recommend this establishment. I'm very disappointed how they treat patients and their attitude reeks of callous and impervious. read more

The staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I came in with a severe sunburn and was looking for some pain relief. Unfortunately, they couldn't do much for the sunburn. The reason for the 2 stars is due to how they attempted to overcharge me. I was told over the phone it would be $135, and then when I came into the building, it would be $135.75. If I paid for it out right, then I'd get a discount of about 35%. When it came time to pay....$207! I was told that it was "the cost for the service". I was in the building for maybe 20 minutes. I proceeded to ask for an itemized statement. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I paid $95. I highly recommend that if you go to this urgent care, always ask for the cost before signing anything and an itemized statement before paying. read more

Wonderful staff and Dr. We were in Page on vacation when my partner got very sick very fast. The PA on duty, Dr Phan Anderson was absolutely kind, caring, and thorough. She immediately ordered a flu test, which was positive plus pneumonia. Dr Anderson prescribed all appropriate medications. Make you wait for hours inside for a COVID test. Policy is you have to be seen in their exam room. If you need a test you will be exposed to COVID and if you have an at risk person at home you will expose them too. Find a drive thru test center in Tuba City these people just want money. read more

What kind of Urgent Care isn't open on a Sunday!? Seriously. In not going to the emergency room for a sprained ankle. Are you getting perks from the hospital for being closed? This is a town with lots of people doing outdoor activities and getting injured. Be a professional business and be open. read more

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. This is an outpatient facility. There are no signs stating this anywhere on the property. It took a month of back and forth with billing before I was told that they would not change the way they submitted my claim to my insurance. I decided to just bite the bullet and pay the full bill when I discovered that you need a patient portal account to pay online and there's no way to pay through an automated phone system. I told a secretary at the corporate office what was going on and that I would not wait for a call back from billing (who never pick up their phones) nor would I be using Canyonlands again. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because that secretary handled the call professionally and got me in touch with a director within 10 minutes, who finally explained things clearly and was very understanding. They both did everything they could to help me out. The PA we saw at this outpatient facility was also very helpful, so I am taking his work into account, as well. read more

i unfortunately had to use the urgent care during my vacations in page because my daughter was complaining about her throats i was very scared to go with the other reviews on yelp but it was Saturday morning and i didn't have any other options the staff was not very fast nor friendly but they found my insurance in the system and after 30mn i was finally ready to see the doctor the doctor was very nice and professional. she realized that we were on vacation moving a lot and flying few days alter. she adjusted the treatment to have a quicker recovery than normal to summarize, the administrative part is just OK but the doctors are good which is what really matters to me read more

Be careful using this urgent care facility. I paid my bill in full only to have them request an additional amount a few months later. I have the original invoice showing the bill was paid in full. I will be filling a complaint with the State of AZ. read more

I took my mom to urgent care got their just before they took last patient, upon arrival after filling out our paperwork the CNA called us. She stopped us at the door ask my mom a few questions and asked me what is wrong with her? I responded I don't know reason I am here.. she seem like she did not want us to be seen because it was closing time. I told her you need to check her. she's diabetic and maybe her blood pressure is high. I told her no need to listen to what the front desk ladies say because I spoke to them first just see my mom.. we went to the back her vitals were good blood pressure & sugar was good. The CNA came back asks my mom to squeeze her hand my mom says it hurts she ask why does your arm hurt! I said she had surgery shes still in pain.. after waiting about 10 mins another CNA came back says the other CNA thinks your moms is having a heart attack you need to go to the ER. I was not seem by a Dr or Pa, she gladly offered to wheel us over.. no thank you! sorry for being here during your closing time but they were very rude. After talking to the ER Dr. he stated "they just wanted you out of there because its closing time... that's all" it was clear she was not having a heart attack. The Dr. said she was dehydrated. Worse clinic I've ever been to. Unfortunately its the only place open after 5pm and the only one in a small town. I will take this to the State on how we were treated. read more
