This was by far the worst cleaning service i've ever used. They were 30 minutes late and didn't bother to call to let me know. This should have been the first red flag about this very unprofessional company. We bought a living social deal for 3 hours worth of cleaning and she literally snuck out of my house after only one hour of work. The living room wasn't even cleaned and the kitchen wasn't finished. I couldn't believe they snuck out like that. It was so unprofessional. No dishes were rinsed before placing them in the dishwasher so I had to re-wash EVERYTHING after. I had bought a new package of glasses the evening before so I laid them out on the counter to get washed and I had unpacked some dishes (only 4, getting ready for the holidays) and she chose not to wash any of it. Even though it was obviously there to be washed since they were piled with the dirty dishes. She just put everything back in the cabinet. Guess they weren't dirty enough for her to waste her time washing?? But then she didn't wipe down all the counters, didn't clean the crumbs from under the stove top, didn't wipe down the stove backboard where the buttons are so it was still greasy. And with all that laziness, no way did she even attempt any sort of deep cleaning. The oven wasn't cleaned and neither was the fridge. There were even a few random dishes she left out in the corner of the kitchen as if I wouldn't notice? After she left, I found a bowl of old pasta salad in my fridge. The same pasta salad that I took out the night before she came to clean and left it on the counter with other dirty dishes and instead of cleaning it out, she hid it back in my fridge! My 3 year old gets his own snacks from the fridge all the time. She literally could have poisoned him with rotten pepperoni in the pasta salad. She couldn't even take 30 seconds to wipe down the coffee table in the livingroom or dust the tv, etc. Nothing in the livingroom was done except for a half-assed vacuum cleaning. My son can do a better job! After calling several times she never returned my calls. I emailed her explaining how upset I was and all the reasons and she had no response and wasn't interested in correcting the situation. All she said was that I should seek a refund from livingsocial. Awesome customer service. This place is horrible and the laziest cleaners ever. I've had more luck paying $10/hr to moms on craigslist. Dinner from the night before. So you chose to hide everything in my fridge? And return dirty dishes to the cabinet?? Sorry Deidre, I wasn't aware that I am supposed to clean my kitchen before you come over to....... clean my kitchen! Did you forget your a housekeeper? Your 5 minutes of mopping was enough to get the floors cleaned so I'm not sure how "black" they could have been. I'm pretty sure if someone had "black" floors you'd be on your hands and knees scrubbing, which didn't happen. I don't appreciate you acting like my home was filthy. There is no mold or mildew ANYWHERE in my home. And yet you didn't touch on any of the subjects I was actually concerned about. Do you have any excuses for being so late? Or are you going to blame me for that as well?? Is it my fault that you were so unprofessional to sneak out of my home after only one hour of cleaning when I paid for 3? Was my coffee table too dirty to wipe? And my tv too dusty? The few crumbs under the stove top just too much for you to handle?? What about the pasta salad you put back in my fridge after it had obviously been left out all night, was it just too much trouble for you to clean that bowl?? And I would have preferred a thorough cleaning to going through the trouble of getting a refund from living social. Because YOU did not give me a refund, which no doubt would have been easier. In fact, I'm still waiting for the refund?! So don't act like you did me some huge favor by half ass cleaning my home. read more

I bought a goupon for this cleaning service which I have used twice and has been marginal at best-recently, they cleaned for me again (gave them another chance) and used an abrasive cleaner on the chrome in my bathroom and ruined it-The cleaner was also spilled on a wooden cabinet and ate right through the paint.
