We hired them to do a post-move cleaning of our basement apartment and unfortunately were very…read moredisappointed with the result. There were several places where it was clear they hadn't thoroughly swept, including behind the refrigerator, behind the kitchen bar, and even behind a mirror that was simply leaning against the wall. The floors also had visible marks and stains left on them that we were able to clean up ourselves without much difficulty. I had specifically asked for the walls to be washed as part of the cleaning, and based on their condition afterward, I don't believe that was done. We also paid extra to have the stairway cleaned, but there were still stains on the stairs that we ended up removing ourselves. I considered reaching out and asking them to come back, but after seeing how much had been missed, I didn't feel confident that having them return would solve the problem. In the end, we cleaned all of the floors and walls again ourselves. Unfortunately, I just don't feel like the quality of the cleaning matched what we paid for.

My floor is constantly dusty, the box elder bugs manage to come in too. It gets so dusty at the entrance that dirt settles onto the stairs and of course gets tracked along the hallway. That was the pesky area I wanted clean. The tech came in and licketty split got the stains out of my carpet, and cleaned the area I wanted and did an excellent job. My carpet is OLD, HOW OLD IS IT??? Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age. BUT the tech came in cleaned the carpet so well that I had to look closer to see if the stains were really gone and they are! When I move out of this place I will call them again.
