Worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I paid for 10 hours of cleaning. They sent three very young girls. Who split the jobs up. The girl who did the laundry room and the bathroom on the main level did an amazing job. The girl who cleaned the kitchen didn't bother mopping floor. And now our stove top light won't go off. The girl who cleaned the upstairs didn't sweep, mop, or clean the shower. When I got a hold of the company to let them know that they broke my stove, didn't mop floors or sweep upstairs and didn't clean the shower she ignored what I said about the stove, she told me my house was too big and if I wanted more time I would have to pay for more hours that my home is probably a 15 hour project. My home is 2300 ft.² on the main level and the upstairs and we did not have them clean two of the rooms. So less than 2000 your feet that was cleaned. That is not a huge home. That is average. She told me if I wanted my shower cleaned they would send somebody back out and I would have to pay for more hours but that my shower had hard water stains and that and they would have to bring chemicals to remove them. You can see in the picture my shower is frosted glass it's not covered in hard water stains it simply had shampoo on the door but I was told that it would take too long to clean the shower and I would have to pay more. So for 10 hours I did not get my floors swept, did not get my shower cleaned, did not get my floors mopped, and when they vacuumed it was such a crap job it still had debris. And as a bonus she broke my stove. Go with any cleaning company besides them. It can't be any worse read more

I updated my review due to the business owners comments below. Changed to one star because they excuse their behavior by saying they have no record of us using them. My receipt is in the pictures. It took me a while because I've been having health issues and had to have surgery.. to answer your question. It should not matter how long it takes me to post a review your services are what's in question. I was not too impressed with the job they did. We had them clean an empty rental, t's a small 3 bed 1 bath house. For the most part the renters had already done much of the work. So when we hired this company we wanted more of a detailed cleaning. We asked for walls to be wiped down, windows cleaned, and a deep clean of kitchen and bathroom. They said that included the oven and fridge. Most of the windows only had half of the inside of the window cleaned and there were two windows not cleaned at all. The oven racks still had stuff all over them. The fridge still had a pizza box and a few other items in it that led me to believe it wasn't even touched. The cabinet next to the back door still had stuff dripping down it. The only thing that looked better was the bathroom. I think they said it took them four hours to clean! I could have done a better job in two. Will not use them again. read more

This company does shoddy work and I mean shoddy work. And after telling them and sending pics they will bully you and threaten to destroy your credit if you don't pay for their shoddy work. She states in her response that the job was left unfinished because I did not purchase the correct type of cleaning since I purchased a deep clean instead of a move out clean. If I believed I was receiving a move out clean, that is only because that is how it was advertised to me. I've got 4 small, messy children, and no desire to deep clean. So when I saw an ad on Facebook for a special 10 hour deep clean, and quickly booked it. Two ladies, Scarlett and Katherine showed up did an awesome job. I think the important thing is to have realistic expectations when booking a cleaning. I knew in 10 hours my house wasn't going to be show room ready, but I wanted the kitchen, bathrooms and baseboards done. They were able to focus just on those, and did a great job! To my surprise they even cleaned BEHIND the fridge and stove. And my bathrooms have never been cleaner. Not sure what they used to get the hard water stains of my shower, but it's the only thing that's ever worked. I would definitely recommend, and use this company again. read more

When I moved into my new home, the previous home owner left us a 5 hour cleaning Gift Certificate. We went through their website and made a wishlist of tasks we hoped would fit in the timeframe. Aubrey arrived right on time, confirmed her cleaners didn't contain the things I'm allergic to, took the list and got started. 3 hours in, she asked whether we wanted to add more tasks to the list or roll over the time because she would have about an extra hour once she finished the list!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cleaners themselves were *usually* good, but the management and timing is SO unprofessional. There were times a cleaner wouldn't get to my place until 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time and then the coordinator would blame it on the cleaner when the cleaner didn't even know the original time (I've seen texts between management and cleaner). Also multiple times I requested 2 employees and only 1 would arrive. It's just really sad to see such unprofessional management like this. I kept using them hoping it would get better, but it never did, take your cleaning needs elsewhere! read more

Cortney has excellent crew working for her. They did cleaning for me and made sure that every nook and cranny sparkled. I really appreciated their efforts! It was a tough job on a big house. The crew shows up on time and bust their rumps. The crew will continue bi-weekly cleanings while I recover from surgery. **I can't see where to respond so I'll do that here.** Are you telling me the job was not finished and you want ME to pay $50 to send in another crew to finish the job? Shouldn't you be reimbursing me $50? My husband and I have been successful business owners for over 12 years and I'm going to offer you some advice as a favor, the customer is ALWAYS right. You break your back to make sure they are happy. You eat that $50 to fix the problem. You reimburse your customer for broken items and YOU file the claim after the fact. It isn't really about that one customer, it's about all of the influence that one customer has. If you had done a good job and were amazing to deal with, there is no telling how many of my neighbors I could have referred you to. I happen to live in a neighborhood that hires help for almost everything. Your business will fail if you don't fix your customer service. Good luck. I really mean that. I saw these guys advertising on FB again and I thought I'd better share my experience so no one else makes the same mistake I did. We were going out of town and I thought it would be a good time to get my house deep cleaned. I saw their deal on FB and set up a time. On the day of the cleanings, a man, woman and child showed up at my house. Yes, they brought their 7 or 8 year old daughter with them for a 5 hr cleaning. I just thought, whatever, let them get to it and we headed to the airport, leaving them under my neighbors supervision. I've used a lot of cleaning companies in my life for deep cleanings so I think I have a pretty reasonable expectation of what that should look like. I was so excited to walk into my home after my 5 day vacation to a clean smelling, clean looking home. I was so sad to walk in to a stale smell like no cleaning chemicals had been used at all. Some jobs had been done but there was a lot left untouched. For example, the shutters had been dusted but the smudges left by little hands were still there. There was a lot like this. When I went into my son's room, a very valuable piece of art that was given to him at birth, had been knocked off the wall and broken. I was heart sick! I contacted the owner and she said, "that's my bad. They told me it happened, I just forgot to let you know." When I asked for them to pay to replace the frame, she said she would need to file a claim with their insurance and it would take work on my part to get that done. Um, that should've been their job fully, they broke the art, they do everything to fix it. I wasn't interested in dealing with them at all so I just had it fixed myself. I am a former employee and I do not recommend using Koality home cleaning for your cleaning service needs. The owner, Courtney Durbin, lies to her employees, doesn't pay them correctly and also lies to her customers. I quit within a few weeks because she gave me jobs that were out of the distance we agreed upon without even asking me, I had to catch it and confront her. She doesn't give any form of pay stub and I was never trained. There is no form of training other than being told to go do something. All the employees I talked to said I needed to keep track of my hours because Courtney is always underpaying them, there were several times where we would be given jobs that were about 20-30 miles apart and we didn't have enough time to get to the next job, resulting in us being late and having to stay past our scheduled shift. I was informed of several instances where Courtney would fire people for her own personal issues, and not professional reasons. When I quit there was almost no communication from the front desk, when before I quit they came to me for almost everything. The worst part is because she's not a legitimate business, she doesn't have to pay her employees. This is a unprofessional, illegitimate "business" that doesn't treat their employees right. I still haven't been paid part of my last pay check and she has ignored me every time I try to get in touch with her. I forgot to clock in at one point, so I informed the front desk but I was never paid for that time I spent cleaning. read more

Where to start?!? I LOVE the way my house looked, smelled and felt after the deep clean they did. I have a large house and they did a spectacular job. I didn't expect them to tidy up my kids' bedrooms and vacuum those - they even cleaned the playroom! My wood floors and my tile floors felt so clean and polished. My kitchen was gorgeous and I'm trying not to use all my bath towels because they folded them up in the best way. The cleaners were very professional, sweet with my kids and a dream to work with.
