Day after day I contacted them. More than 4 hours invested in chasing them. My OVERNIGHT package finally delivered FIVE days later. By then I had left the rental house by contract and have to now get a professional to install the part costing me $300!!! If it was delivered even 2 days late I could have done the job myself for $0.
